New graduate in entry level

The manager address the morning talk just to brief the day schedule of who will handle which department during working hours. My relationship with my coworkers is more like people I'm used because they help me alot as they have more working experience than me. The things a learned so far is customer care service working with different people, learning how to multi-task. The things that I'm enjoying the most is meeting new people every and have to work at the busy environment. The most challenging is to deal with difficult customers who will address the matter is disrespectful manner.

Management Assistant

Working at pep stores has made me to understand the business world. I enjoy working with people and also understand how to handle the customers. Sometimes there are challenges but I'm able to handle them.

Excellent learning curve

If given an opportunity to work, I give my best at all times in order to boost my reputation in the working environment and in the community at large I am a passionate hard-worker who has proved to be able to learn fast also in ever changing environment. I follow deadlines as required, easily to adopt the duties given and be unsupervised.i work 8 hour a day including lunch time and braeking time.always treat each other the same.

Pep store is a very good company ,very fun to work there what I like about them if you want to study they give you time if you have exams and a salary is also good compare to other retail companies

Excellent customer care service

Working and learning new things every day there weren't job description we did everything are the store including cashier,Cleani,, Security and stock packing we learned to do ulti tasking.king and learn and learning beve

I've learned a lot of things.But the treatment is not good.

My relationship with co-workers is great just that I am robbed off my working hours I spent the last three months working 1 or 2 days per month. My proof of statement can testify for me.

What I've learned

I learned a lot about retail, we meet up with different people with different attitudes every single day. Communication and team work ,I also learned how to control myself and to not snap out when I'm dealing with a furious customer ,not forgetting problem solving

Best place to develop n learn more skills

They very accomodating they help us grow they provide incentives and bonus if sales were reached at the year end they make a big party where qe all meet as Dynamos(staff) from all over kzn
