culture,working together as a team and my we woramily the thing that I enjoy most at pep it when we are doing promotions every body is coming with their opinions of what we can do to make budget for that dayt,the most challenging aspects of the job is the workload is too much and u need to be able to multi task at all times at pep I have learn to work as team, I have learn to treat everyone with dignity and respect

Excellent company culture
eDemands you to totally put effort demands totally hands on everywhere all the time fromdailly admistrative duties, training and coaching of staff. Making sure that the staff is motivated and also instilling discipline. Making sure that stock loss prevention measures are actioned. Making sure that stock recieved is on the floor on time. Ensuring that store standards as far as merchandise goes are on par and ensuring that company procedures are adhered to at all times re daily admin is done, keeping staff motivated at all time but also pline. sure that prevent

Excellent on sales assistants
My relationship with coworkers are good and use to have funny and assist each other. What I have learnt is that working as a team is more powerful than working alone,and as a team we achieve more with different minds. I use to enjoy when I see the mission and the aim of the company is up to date,I use to enjoy when I see unite team. The most challenge is when we are not achieving our mission as a team,and when we don't have any plans to move forward.
Pros: I'm good on promoting what we are selling, good promotion gives us great budget
Cons: I don't have any problem with working long hours,I do understand that more hours means more improving

Working at pep stores has made me to understand the business world. I enjoy working with people and also understand how to handle the customers. Sometimes there are challenges but I'm able to handle them.

I need e better job with a better salary. I have learnt many work as we do everything at pep, doing promotions, making sales, and also I have been tought being a manager to manage the store.

I have the management certificate level 1.
I am energetic and the great communicator. Working with sales for 11 years helped me to build confidence and taught me the importance of customer loyalty. The most enjoyable thing is the time when I have to spend talking to customers and be able to make sure that they get what they want and giving them the best customer service experience.
Pros: You have to understand and know your product and willing to grow within the company
Cons: In order to make sales at the retail company you have to committed and be business minded be able to work long hours

Potential growth
Pep store is a great company to work in.everyday its a challenge. The communication is excellent. Every detail is explained and easy to implement. The culture in the store is remarkable. We laughed and work at the same time.we treated each other with dignity and Respect.I learned a lot about leadership and communication. I enjoy developing my team.doing a million things at one time was most challenging. But I learnt to multitask.

Good learning curve
The have a great team yet under a low income. But it's great to meet new people and see if you can handle them the whole day. They have lot of work under a short period of time,for example opening of boxes when they arrive,unpacking the stock to its rightful place,checking the customs if they are fine, Cleaning the shop before closing it ,it's a lot to tuck in under the short period of time

Good learning curve
as work as a cashier then after that u clean the shop so that it can be ready for tomorrow. I work with others nicely and I respect them. I have learnt that customer service is the top priority of the business and also customers are always right. I enjoy working wi2others most and increase the productivity in the workplace. The most challenge I have ever come across was working with the with a rude co-worker who was always rude to others. And also I was challenged when we were rated n I found out that I was rated a little bit slow when I work so strive to improve that and do the right thing. t
Pros: This will be a great opportunity for me to expand and show the talent that I have in the business
Cons: I can work as long hours as possible I don't mind working under preassure
