Adequate

I work as a Cashier some days and a merchandiser.Its quiet a good experience as I learn how to communicate with people and their different personalities. Also learnt how the retail industry works also get to know latest trends in fashion also what people want and appreciate most. The relationship with my co workers is good although sometimes they can be tricky but I try to be kind to them at all times. The challenging part of of my work is getting to resolve situations of a difficult customer yet again I apply rules of how to handle a situation which are listening to the complaints and understanding it then try finding a solution that will keep both of us happy.

Pros: Great experience
Cons: Less hours of under paid

Learning curve

It is nice working with my co-workers I really learn a lot from them. Ever since I started working there I have learn how to deal with difficult customers & also Custer service it is important. I enjoy helping the customers with everything they need. The most challenging is to reach daily targets.

Pros: Very Greate opportunity.
Cons: Can't complain about working hours.

I have the management certificate level 1.

I am energetic and the great communicator. Working with sales for 11 years helped me to build confidence and taught me the importance of customer loyalty. The most enjoyable thing is the time when I have to spend talking to customers and be able to make sure that they get what they want and giving them the best customer service experience.

Pros: You have to understand and know your product and willing to grow within the company
Cons: In order to make sales at the retail company you have to committed and be business minded be able to work long hours

New graduate in entry level

The manager address the morning talk just to brief the day schedule of who will handle which department during working hours. My relationship with my coworkers is more like people I'm used because they help me alot as they have more working experience than me. The things a learned so far is customer care service working with different people, learning how to multi-task. The things that I'm enjoying the most is meeting new people every and have to work at the busy environment. The most challenging is to deal with difficult customers who will address the matter is disrespectful manner.

Pros: More work more pay
Cons: Lack of promotion

Am hard worker I like to do anything that makes my mind fresh and learn every day .with communicating different client at work an learn more about my work
