Am kind and focus person who treat each other with dignity and respect .I am a hard worker believe that at work there's sometimes that u can be forced to work under pressure and extra miles and am ready to do that to do anything so that the goal been achieved

Sustainable
A typical workday involved ensuring and overseeing tidiness of shop, maintainance of good customer relationship and customer attraction and retention. My relationship with coworkers was frequently casual with some professional gestures. I enjoyed their assistance around some challenges I encountered and learnt that passion, honesty and resourcefulness are the tenets of a successful company.

Good learning more experience
At the pep company I learned more things,fistly I learned to work as a team members,And I have more experienced to how to care with the customers.And I learned to work independently with no supervisor. I like the challenges because it makes me feel like I am a strong person.

Am assistant manager
We received stock after receiving stock we have to make sure we open boxes in 24 hours.we hange stock take it to the floor when we receive phones put them in the display. As a cashier we great a customer with a smile and after the sale thanking them with the smile.In the floor we a doing customer service .we a working as a team and communicating together. In the morning we a doing the morning talk planning for the day what we a going to achieve at the end of the day after that then I do my admin in the office.
Pros: Pep is a good company it treat us with dignity and respect.
Cons: We work 8 hours during the week in Saturday 5 hours in Sunday 4 hours

Good learning more experience
In my company I was learn more about how to treat the people or customer and have the good service and how to work as a team work.i have more experience of this job,i enjoy to work at this company.the most challenging expect the job is come from the customers.

Great learning curve but it's time for growth and development.
It's a great environment but the is no culture of working together and team work. I feel that I have gained the experience I needed and now it's time for me to grow myself. New challenges.

Hard worker
I linda tsundzukani.iam a girl of 23 years and iam a fast hand working girl.i have computer skills .my relationship eith my co worker was postive and i have learn how to take care of rude customer and never be rude to them. Challenge is that sometimes when compny is busy with client we dont take an long break

Needed experience
Pep is all about honest passion and resourcefulness. I have learned a lot since i worked at pep stores. Point 1_ i learned customers service 2_how to operate a till 3_ promoting 4_ merchandising 5_ working under pressure Now i have 4 years experience in sales assistant which will take me far. I have also learned that there are some of the things that you can not control in retail like electrical and water expenses
Pros: You only get a Promotion for store manager if the is a new store that is opening or someone leaves the company. For sales assistant there always post available
Cons: Working from 9 am until 19pm monday to Thursday and 9am to 20h00 pm on Friday. 9am to 19h00pm on Saturday and 9am to 17h00pm on Sunday

More experience gained
I love customer service.. therefore Pep has given me the platform to do it.i have worked there for more than six years.it has become my home, however I know I must look elsewhere for growth and more experience.Like any other retail store,the hours are long and the pay is not that much,it's stressful and frustrating to work a lot and get paid a minimum wage.i have learnt a lot and still learning form the company.One thing that I love most about my company is that we are a family,we have our own culture that motivates us to grow together,we have so much to offer and we are always happy at our home.Lastly the challenge is working long hours and rest a little.we get home late on the other hand we have families to cook for,kids to help with school work, to bond with,it's stressful...at the end of it all we must make sure that they have their daily bread.
