Not a nice place

Complaints are not listened to by seniors esoecially if you are black, there is a culture of mistrust between higher management and staff members. Its not a place i would recommend to anyone

17 years experience in management and retail

Key holder, rus start of day and end of day. Receive stock, capture stock. Morning meeting merchandise departments, cash drops, cash ups. Hr matters.

Pros: I like a challenge in my and I am up for any promotions
Cons: I have worked retail hours for 17 years

Product knowlage and solving customer queries

I hv 10 years retail experience that I cn now run or manage my store as I know retail chalange and I hv gone through strong training that I think am ready for any chalange

Pros: less oppotunity
