I learn a lot from outdoor because of training they give men, I can now tell customer who want to go out for camping wht must they have to enjoy the camping and hiking, The diferent type of fridge that is suitable for ambient now I can advise costumer wch one to buy

Product knowlage and solving customer queries

I hav 10 years retail experience I worked jet mart thohoyandou as casual,ppt in different department including stockroom,then I got permanent position edgars wher I was responsible with stock room and helping floor more expecial cashier,then I become vissual merchandiser and helping in kids department,because of short staff I volunteer to be department manager I worked both visual and department manager,then I took volunteer retrenchment,i work some retail as contract till I join outdoor ware house pretoria where I am currently working as receiving clerk

Pros: no chance of promotion because they dnt advatise open post for old store

We working in team work, everyday early morning training, product knowledge, doing customers requests and quotes, not doing my daily budget We must make sure we always do the store budget gaining more experience
