Customer service

I am an attentive, smart, cooperative and goal orientated person with excellent interpersonal skills. I believe in myself and always do my best to excel and persevere in everything I do, as I have learnt there is no limit to self-improvement. When given an opportunity I always take the initiative to prove myself by willing to go the extra mile to accumulate all the knowledge, experience and skills invested in me and put them into work.

Making sure everything at ground floor goes weel

High energy, well groom, motivated, making sure target is met, motivate my staff, making sure store is well manage, store merchandise to company standards

Good learning curve

The colleagues are good to work with but management is the one that makes working there hard and difficult and worse at times they make you feel you the crazy one

Life as a sales assistant

In the morning we do early morning training manuals after that I take kayaks out of store and place them outside to view, once I'm done I go to my section and see what needs fixing. After that I do stock count of high value items. I assist customers as they come in and I do the required customer orders. I Clean up my section and at the end of the day I bring in the kayaks

A good customer service

We working in team work, everyday early morning training, product knowledge, doing customers requests and quotes, not doing my daily budget We must make sure we always do the store budget gaining more experience

Good learning curve

I'm a good team player A fast learner I pay attention to detail I enjoy jogging and socializing I have learnt how to operate with difficult customers and to always put the customer first I enjoy servicing customers I enjoy seeing a customer walk out with a smile

Good learning curve

Am currently unemployed I was retrenched three months ago and looking for a job,,, am now here in cape Town summer greens Milnerton working in pretoria warehouse it was a great experience and I enjoyed working there,,, in work it will never be Smooth everytime there are some tough times but you won't complain if you can manage that,,, so same to me I dont complain if I have to lose my lunch time when it's more busy on,,, wor

Not a nice place

Complaints are not listened to by seniors esoecially if you are black, there is a culture of mistrust between higher management and staff members. Its not a place i would recommend to anyone
