Great exposure to work environment,excellent place to learn about customers and their expectations
A typical day during december, you have to deal with multiple customers at the same and make sure none of them are left unattented and thats were your communication skills come into play. We have a buddy system so its important to have a healthy working relationship with your peers because we all depend on each other to provide the best customer service. Working retail has exercised my auditing skills,the process behind receiving clerks duties,i have learnt how to become a proffesional body. The most enjoyable thing is when a customer compliments you infront of your manager about how good a job you doing. The only challenging part about retail its very high pressured you always have more then one task at a time,you have to merchandise,assist customers and answer calls when a customer is on the phone needing assistant in your department. I have enjoyed all parts of this experience it has moulded me for my need job

Hard work brings true joy.
II have learnt how to deal with different customers as well as establish and satisfy their needs. Relationship with co-workers is fairly good, there's alot of great team spirit and encouragement from management. My phone etiquette is very good and gets better by the day. The challenges I deal with on some days is difficult and rude customers that want the impossible to happen at that moment. I really enjoy the training sessions that come with a little bit of fun where we play games and learn at the same time, it's really a motivation and a good start to the day. My manager is one person that really has understanding and tries his level best to meet our needs as his employees. There is always something new to learn everyday and that keeps me encouraged. There are really good working days where all goes well and those that some things are a bit challenging.

Product knowlage and solving customer queries
I have ten years retail experience and I still want to learn more.i have learn to work as vissual machindiser,receiving clerk,,i also work as department manager and helping as cashier and cellphone consultant

Not paying for what im doing for company
I really work hard and always give my 100% in my work im very organized and at my young age still want to achieve more in my life the company has seen my potential but is not paying my the worth of what im doing

Good communication
Gaining knowledge of variety of products and how each serve it's purpose and how to communicate very well with others towards achieving the company's objectives and goals.Being able to handle pressure and workload.

Learning Curve
it is way out of my comfort Zone and trade. But I am learning to addapt each day and to do my duties to the best of my abilities. I am willing to learn and are open for possibilities and to become a better person. I giving my all for my work and try my best every day.

Customer service
I am an attentive, smart, cooperative and goal orientated person with excellent interpersonal skills. I believe in myself and always do my best to excel and persevere in everything I do, as I have learnt there is no limit to self-improvement. When given an opportunity I always take the initiative to prove myself by willing to go the extra mile to accumulate all the knowledge, experience and skills invested in me and put them into work.
