ii love working on the dot it was was vebut we deliver on all objectives ineeded it was a Was some good years and learned so much while working for on the dot - I really grew with the this company as i started at the bottom and showed them i can do more, that where i started to work myself up. My type of work is to manage the staff that is responsible for the delivery of newspapers and magazines. me and my co workers know each other very well and work with very well in the past 10 years i have learnt so much at On The Dot and i enjoy my work so much the challenge is to make sure targets are met and the deliveries of the magazines and newspapers are done properly any company would not regret having me in their team i am a hard worked and a fast learner

My hands-on experience in managing information and paperwork has sharpened my planning and organizational skills. This experience has been coupled with responsibilities that require me to give instructions, monitor work progress, evaluate and give feedback to people who require my supervision especially in data capturing. Manage to always retrieve data at appropriate times and always when needed: that also sharpened my filing skills in terms of arranging my documents in order & in a neat & tidy way, so it can be simple to understand by everybody.
Pros: I am energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented.

There are always new things to learn on a daily basis.
I like my day to start before the company open as it gives me time to get my planning on the way. As soon as it is start time I get all sorts of queries from staff and clients that needs my attention. I love the delving into the problems and resolving difficult issues and the reporting as it shows me how the team is progressing. The ability to create easier and smarter ways to handle the workload and implement them proves to be satisfactory. I have an open relationship with my co workers and my subordinates as I value all input. I learn a lot from other peoples perspectives and their input. The most challenging aspects of the job is also the most rewarding.
Pros: I love the field I am in as I meet people on a daily basis. and its challenging
Cons: It can sometimes get hectic with long hours.

I do everything by the book and work at a fast pace. I love learning new things in the work place. I am competitive and do thing accurately. Helping others on daily basis so the day workflow go faster and accurately.
