My type of work is to manage the staff that is responsible for the delivery of newspapers and magazines. me and my co workers know each other very well and work with very well in the past 10 years i have learnt so much at On The Dot and i enjoy my work so much the challenge is to make sure targets are met and the deliveries of the magazines and newspapers are done properly any company would not regret having me in their team i am a hard worked and a fast learner

Good learning experience
they taught me how to work ander pressure and how to devide my time in getting all the work done,it was a good work experience i believe the company made me grow as a person and as a employee, we had a lot of challenges and with hard work made it through every challange , my coworkers ended up being my best friends we all got a long i think its verry importand to get along with your cowork it puts you in a good mood and you enjoy your work even more when there is possitive energy around you, you still need to respects one another and keep by the rules

I'm a hard worker, I work 8am-4pm but arrive at 7am to prepare for the day. My colleagues and I work as team, they are friendly and we respect one another. I've learned that to make it in the warehouse industry you need to learn how it operates. I enjoy being handy. The most challenging aspect of the job is lifting the stock, you have to be fresh everyday.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn how a warehouse operates.
Cons: The salary is not satisfying.

I work from 8am to 4pm on weekdays, though I arrive early at 7am,so that I can prepare my tasks for the day. My duties are to inspect drivers logs, I receive and dispatch stock and then calculate and allocate the stock to drivers for distribution, do the admin side of things(filling and making calls to clients), prepare job cards and the roaster. My co-workers and I work as a team, we respect each other, we buy each other lunch, we communicate and enjoy each others company. I've learnt that to have a progressive work day, we need to work as a team and motivate one another. I enjoy spending time with the manager,he's very nice and not selfish,he shares his knowledge and skills. The most challenging aspect of the job is packing the stock for each and every driver, it requires a lot of strength.

WORK
I have firm understanding of financial and administrative duties through my work experience. I always display an eagerness to get involved with new and exciting projects. My experience and valuable skills gained in my present position coupled with my enthusiasm, willingness to share my knowledge with others . Working at my current company is very pleasant because management sets great working environment and all the staff are always friendly and management are approachable . From my working experience Working in the accounts department is very challenging because you need to meet your deadlines on month end and use all your negotiation skills to get the money in the bank. You need to have a good working relationship with your co-workers although they work in different departments we still need each other to achieve the organisations goal . Not transparent

Excellent skills
I do everything by the book and work at a fast pace. I love learning new things in the work place. I am competitive and do thing accurately. Helping others on daily basis so the day workflow go faster and accurately.

Great leaning curve
Its great working at on the dot, i have met such incredible colleagues and we work well together as a team, a typical day at work will be when i have to wait for other people to do their work so i can finish mine, as a receptionist i have learned how to communicate well and to be patient.

I am currently not working. I worked at On The Dot for a month. I was a temp.

Pros: I started work at 7am until 3pm. It worked well for me because I never dealt with traffic

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day can start for me anytime from 2am in the morning. I managed the door to door delivery for newspaper and magazine deliveries. I also managed the local community newspapers delivery and pamphlet delivery on daily basis. I managed our route owners who does the magazine deliveries on a Friday and Monday to all the retailers. I managed in total -+ 120 contractors and 10 staff members in total on daily basis. I believe in open and honesty from my team. I believe in team work and being flexible. If believe in leading and taking ownership. The most challenging aspects of the is that my days are never the same each day. Different challenges every day.
