GREAT AXPIRIANCEI
I have just started to work with my company I'm on part time, these couple of months I have been with the company I enjoy solving customers complains, also to collecting worksheet from contractors every morning and capture them in the system that have created a good communication between me and my co-workers, the job that I do keeps me alert because I'm doing planning for contractors for the areas that they going to work at, that helps me to understand the arears and the politics of the arears. have learned about distribution, politics of different arears also how impotent is the local news paper and to know what is happening in your surroundings,
Pros: The branch is a small brach opotunities are very slim
Cons: Hours are nomal hours 08hoo-16h30

Nice working environment
I have learnt alot from my co workers, they are so helpful. We all work well together and if there is any issues we address it head on. I enjoy my work because I work with the clients face to face.
Pros: I only work 8 days per month
Cons: When the petrol price decreases so does our salaries because we work on contract basis.

A real learrning curve
communication is of none existence, male dominated, staff not willing to accept change, over worked but under paid, friendly space.

Good start for learning
Scanning of returns add refusals on SAP are my daily duties. my relationship with my co-workers are great, we are a good team.i have learnt so much on how to work using SAP.The job is very much challenging because you have to make sure that the drivers bring back all the invoices and make a follow up so that it does not get lost.
Pros: Great opportunity for learning how to capture

Excellent learning curve to work under pressure and team work
On The Dot gave me the experience to work with different people and able to tolerate diversity. to be always alert as I was dealing with finance of the company. able to provide acceptable customer service to internal and external customers at all times. to be a problem solver as I was dealing with drivers. To be fraud alert. and able to do follow up if there is any discrepancies.

Great new start
It is a busy environment, daily challenges. Have a working relationship with all co-workers, as this is business not personal. I have a strict rule to not make conflicts personal, as that destroys relationships. I enjoy looking for problems as it is a means to understanding and corrective measures. the most challenging part of the business is to correct co-workers and to prove that my findings are accurate. As most people does not want to accept when they are wrong. My aim is to help and assist anyone that's in need.

Good learning experience
they taught me how to work ander pressure and how to devide my time in getting all the work done,it was a good work experience i believe the company made me grow as a person and as a employee, we had a lot of challenges and with hard work made it through every challange , my coworkers ended up being my best friends we all got a long i think its verry importand to get along with your cowork it puts you in a good mood and you enjoy your work even more when there is possitive energy around you, you still need to respects one another and keep by the rules
