Im working well with my colleagues and I have built good relationship with them and during my work experience I always assist my fellow colleagues on issues they have relating to work and how can they manage their work to reach the target given, I have learned that team work is very important when as it makes your job easy.

Robotic

Structured yet undefined. Regularly communicating with staff around system issues they might experience. Relationship wise very open. Sometimes your need to be stricked but considerate. Seeing people happy in what they do. People following the process.

Fast learner

I am Thando Mabena a 30 year old from south of Johannesburg looking for a job in the prestige company for the above post. Am a very punctual,reliable and good team spirit

I have been with the company for 1 year and 5 month.so far I have been doing great job everyday and all customers are satisfied with my services.i have learned to put customers first and listen to their queries and help them their issues so that they don't encounter same problem.i always make sure users are connected

Wonderful experience

I've learnt so much from different individuals within my team as well as other people from other teams. when I started at Old Mutual Insure I didn't know anything about coding and SAS BASE, I had to start coding and I won't lie it was frustrating at first and then I started to get the hang of it. it's actually amazing and now I'm enjoying it. I love the people I'm working with they just so helpful and they have taught me so much in the past two years. I feel that I have grown personally as well as mentally.
