Professional executive Assistant
In my current role as Executive assistant to Ms. Ronelle Pretorius, Head Head: Broker Service Channels, Retail, I act as the primary gateway between her and her team, ensuring that she can focus on the tasks that require her personal attention while minimizing the scope for distractions. In this way, I have successfully increased Ms. Pretorius productive time by 7%. Additionally, I harness my communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between departments, scheduling team meetings and conference calls for Ms. Pretorius. Because of my ability to multitask, Ms. Pretorius has entrusted me with keeping minutes for such meetings.

Good Journey
Learning & Development in short term insurance was the highlight in my career this far. Building relationships with Stakeholders and co-workers everyday, assisting with their development. I have learnt so much in this department about the entire business and different areas in the business. Everyday is different with new challenges and opportunities. Working together with co-workers, mangers and heads on the strategy plan for the business and be part of the success and growth.
