I'm a lead Warmer. We call old mutual clients. I work very well with my colleagues. I've learnt alot from old mutual iwyze and I have grown as a person. I've learnt telephone etiquette and how to speak with clients over the phone. The most challenging part of the job is the working hours

Fast learner

I am Thando Mabena a 30 year old from south of Johannesburg looking for a job in the prestige company for the above post. Working with various systems

I started my career as an intern and grew from being trained to having my own work station and being able to do my very own work. I had great support from the my former colleagues and I will be forever grateful for th not giving up on me and taking their time from the to train me. thanks

Am a very punctual,reliable and good team spirit

I have been with the company for 1 year and 5 month.so far I have been doing great job everyday and all customers are satisfied with my services.i have learned to put customers first and listen to their queries and help them their issues so that they don't encounter same problem.i always make sure users are connected

Growth and being happy in what i do.

Being a specialist, upskilling staff, authorising renewals, new business. Checking if RI is needed. Making sure survery requirements are met and general questions. I have a good relationship with all my internal stakeholders and we always come to a compromise.
