I am currently working as Branch Manager and meeting my target monthly. My relationship with my wokers is so great that they all cooperate and take my instructions as their Manager. they also enjoy my company. I have learnt that a person must come to work not to work but to excel in what one is doing. I always excel in my job hence my Managers always congratulate me. I have achieved certificates being the No.1 Branch Manager, Nationally, Regional and Area. I enjoy my job more especially when i have exceeded my monthly budget since i always do my budget monthly. Challenges are always there but they don't restrict me from doing my daily duties efficiently and most of all to over come those challenges.
Pros: Always on time. take initiatives. Attention to details. Self motivated.
Cons: Don't loose hope easily. Don't take issues personally more especially work related issues.

team player motivator i have managed more than 12 people 5 were promoted interviews audits training presentations collections marketing new business sales productions customer service selling banking product solving queries dealing with complains administration and reports courtesy calls

It offers a good a graduate programme
It's good working for old mutual, the people are very nice and helpful. It is such a good environment to work in. I have learned so much and developed good time management skills and presentation skills.

Great learning
The people e.g. Trainers,team leaders and colleagues was great.The work load was manageable.Senior management was horrible.Little to no growth for the entry levels and constant changes to commission structure and in away that's better for the business but not for the sales agents

Always strive to do my best
I love working for my company. I get along with each and every one when there somehow seems to be a problem i will always go the exstra mile to fix things My job is my second home and there i need to be happy all the time. Im hard working and always make sure my deadlines are met

Swift environmental adaptation
I work at an Old Mutual branch based in Mdantsane - East London. Our office comprises of +- 11 employees including our manager. I do Loans, policy servicing, surrendering of investments part withdrawals etc. I do loan reports, collection reports. I enjoy the financial part of the business, where loans are being issued and collected, opening and funding of Bidvest banking cards. I have learnt to be accountable and responsible. I have learnt to own my space and business. I take care of my business accurately. The most challenging department is the policy part of the business. We are a team. We are a family. Thank you.

Team work and fast learner
My job is based on a daily target, to know be the best you can be per day, different challenges faced daily with alot of different and challenging things i learn. I work with a team of 9 people who are dedicated and help each other to the best of our ability. The most important thing i have learnt is that a client always comes 1st and to always be happy with your job. I enjoy working with people, helping where i can. Everyday comes with a new challenge, listening attentively, have the clients interest best at heart even when they see you as the victim. Nuraan polack
