We work as a team with our different duties normally we rotate,So that we may not be bored to do the same things everyday. I take samples for the running product Check any sweeping bags Check if there's enough rework for production Plan for the next product if there's is rework Drain any product that is not well produced Operate the rework machine Pallatise bags

Good leadership skills

Am an African make married with 4 kids. A Methodist religion born in Port Elizabeth .matriculated on 1994 Port Elizabeth. Obtained national diploma production management from NMMU 2005. Have annwxpeeience working at Guestro Dorbhl wheel in PE as the production inspector. 1 year and has an oppotunity to work at Telkom SA for 13 years as the telephone technician . Currently working at Nestle as the production line manager from 2011. Am a hard worker . Sober and always been to learn new technical skills. I can work with a team and independently. Have a robust leadership style with win and win aproach.Am a good report wriyer . Problem solving skills. Colour of literacy . Good communication skills. And conflict resolution skill.Look foward for an interview .

Excellent working enviorement

i am currently working as a Services Manager at Nestle and my day to day job is awesome. I am at Nestle for the past 8 years and not a day goes by that i regret having to work with such vibrant and smart people . My time has come too seek new grounds and have a more challanging job . I am up for any challange and would be greatful to seek employment within any company

Pros: I started as a shift mananger to a services manager there is lots of room for improvement

Nice work place but lack of promotion

Its a very hectic environment, sometimes very relaxed Relationship with co-workers excellent I have learned a lot from the company, internal and external auditing. Operation of instruments. Method implementation People management I enjoy going external to do auditing in the factories

Good

its very nice to work for nestle [smollan group] i have learn alot about who code the importance of hygiene.having sense of agency,how to negotiate selling products creating relationship with new and old customers.i am a team player so i work well with my co workers report on time and meet deadlines,i enjoyed working for nestle but now i feel is time to grow and meet \other challenge as i have add a qualification to my education.the most challenging about my job is there is no growth within the company

Amazing Work culture

Nestle has been a great company amazing people and great opportunities to grow . My job is ensure smooth IT operation and manage all the IT projects. What I enjoyed about the job was the ability to work flexi hours. I have learnt to lead with a heart and with respect.
