Excellent environment for growth and development and learning new skills and knowledge. Constantly busy however there numerous people to assist and provide guidance where necessary. I have learnt about the different Acts in criminal matters. Also got further knowledge and experience in the IT sector. One of the most challenging aspects of the job is getting respect from the legal staff who believe that admin staff are inferior to them meanwhile we form the backbone that ensures their work can continue unhindered.

Pros: Fantastic opportunity for personal and professional development in terms of courses
