Excellent learning curve for long-term career goals
My typical work day : 1. Check email to see if there is any service requests that came through email 2. Logging on to ITSM system to check calls logged and their statuses. 3. Liaising with service provider representatives to ensure that calls are attended and resolved with SLA metrics & how to improve. 4. Making follow-ups for issues that should be reported on at various meetings that I attend to ensure issues are attended to timeously. I enjoy working with people and helping them with whatever they are complaining about. I liaise with my colleagues regularly to ensure that user issues are attended to. The most challenging part of my job is that it teaches you to take control of your emotions because users come with all sorts of emotions and if you are not careful, you may lose sight of the issue at hand. Therefore, over time you learn to be emotionally mature and focus on the issue to be dealt with
Pros: Learning curve in different environment
Cons: Possibly moving to new area

Excellent Learning Curve
My typical work day entails: supervising, writing of articles for our internal newsletter, taking pictures, providing communication support to both internal and external events, editing of our promotional material (when needed) My relationship with my co-workers is excellent and that makes my working life more easy. I have learnt to be more patient, when I don't understand to ask and calmly when I can't help say so rather than swamping myself with lots of work. Writing is my joy. Not being recognized for the hard work that I do.
Pros: Learning a lot about Legal Aspects
Cons: No promotion

Excellent environment for growth and development and learning new skills and knowledge. Constantly busy however there numerous people to assist and provide guidance where necessary. I have learnt about the different Acts in criminal matters. Also got further knowledge and experience in the IT sector.
