I have good team work

I started working at Nandos as cashier in 2004. Due to my hard and dedicated in my work I have start learning manager duty before I was appointed to be trained as manager

Pros: I like to grow. Is the key to equip knowledge

Excellent learning experience

I learned to work with people as I for forced with the challenge of interacting to different individuals from day to day . I had a good relationship with other employees and got along fine

Excellent learning curve

My typical day at work when i get to work i start with doing a checklist that guides me throughout my shift. I relate with my co-workers very well i by conducting training . I have learnt to be a strategic ,constructive and creative not forgetting to think on my toes while solving problem. I enjoy it when i get positive feed back from my co-workers and my superiors. The most challenging aspects about my job is when i have to deal with difficult customers and staff members.

Diploma in food and beverage management

I have been working in the hospitality industry for the past 10 years. Procedures to be followed 100 percent at all times. Relationship with workers is constant I have learnt budgeting marketing and as well sales projections Office paper work and invoicing The most challenging aspect of the business is stock take on a daily basis.

You work as if theres no tomorrow.And staff we treat each other as a family. You learn how to deal with different kinds of behaviors.To work with racism among the company

I have a winning team that i work with and we surpport eachother,i work very well underpressure.

i start by checking if my system is working properly ,tidy my section i make sure that i have all the stationary i require.i ask everyone that i work with if i can help them to clean their stations berfore we can all start working.i love it when we start working with a short prayer just to motivate and feed our spirit.

Pros: i am working so hard that i can get what i derserve
Cons: i dont realy mind staying late some nights
