A sales consultant I’m responsible for finding customers who would purchase the company's products.
I’m very familiar with the variety of company’s (MTN) Cellular, Data and 5G products in Both Business and Consumer and their features to explain to the customer and why the customer needs Us, and to help train the Clients in their use. Our determination to connect emerging markets,through our mobile communications services. Key Role and Performance : Daily Administration. Sales and Meeting Sales Clients Provide customer advice and Educate/share To coordinate of Business marketing solutions and services. To ensure effective sales and promotions. Drive relationship with internal and external stakeholders. To achieve measurable results.

MTN Review
With my current role as a Service Manager, I have learnt to further enhance my strengths and overcome my weakness as this role has taught me to be more proactive rather than reactive. Over and above this, I have enjoyed this role for the variety it offers, and the time I spent looking after my team and clients. I am currently looking for a new career challenge in any industry as my key strengths are my good communication skills, both verbal and written, good negotiation skills, market-assessment techniques, and confidence while talking with clients, suppliers and contractors.

Im willing to learn
Sales and customer service is my passion,ive been in the industry for 15yrs so im very comfortable eith anything that involves it,im willing to learn from others im a team player and easy to work with anything to do with service

Excellent environment
The environment was friendly in such a way that you get motivated the minute you enter the gate .people around starting from the security and to my colleges the was no dull moments.it was easy to forget about everything when your at work and give excellent service to customers. i have learned a lot from my team mates and supervisors,don't take anything personal as you don't those people your interacting with.treat every first call as a new call then things will work out for me to deliver my best.

Excellent Learning Curve. Best times of my Working Career Learned a lot about the business
I i I have learned alot from the company. I enjoyed working with new clients evrday and seeing the old ones as well. The company treatrd Us very well. We had the best Perks like cell phone allowance medical aid pension and provident fund. My typical day is a very busy one as i saw alot c The only challenges was systems problems and obviously new managenent now and then.
