Good Listener

My duties includes Internal and External Sales, Cold Calls, After Sales, Escalating queries, technical and data support. Growing up I was a quiet shy type, I’m no longer that person, Thanks to MTN. I am a team player I enjoy assisting my colleagues whenever they need my assistance. I enjoy working with people, that’s what I love about my job. My only dislike, working hours are longer. There’s nothing challenging about my current job

Great Company

MTN is a great company to work for, I have learned a lot especially that no department can thrive on its own Supply Chain excellence starts within the organization understanding where everything fits together. I have been with IT procuring hardware and services and now I am with Supply Planning department selling Sim cards and Airtime to B2B

Dedicated hardworking , trustworthy, reliable and suitable for this position.

A typical workday at TABAK is not an ordinary workday, very hectic due to operations, starting at 7 in the morning already, very dedicated and my relationship with co workers is a must, learned a lot about logistics,most challenging part was to up skill myself with export and import structure....

Pros: No growth at Tabak Distribution.
Cons: As its a operational company, I have to work late sometimes.

Proppelled me to new heights

MTN SA was an excellent company to work for with the latest ingeniuity and service.I have since been retrenched as the whole HVRC division was closed down and i worked for a company called Adapt Global as an IT Administrator

MTN Review

With my current role as a Service Manager, I have learnt to further enhance my strengths and overcome my weakness as this role has taught me to be more proactive rather than reactive. Over and above this, I have enjoyed this role for the variety it offers, and the time I spent looking after my team and clients. I am currently looking for a new career challenge in any industry as my key strengths are my good communication skills, both verbal and written, good negotiation skills, market-assessment techniques, and confidence while talking with clients, suppliers and contractors.
