I am Procurement Specialist with 7+ years in in Strategic and Tactical sourcing (Procurement) within the Telecoms and Energy industries with key skills in strategic thinking, Negotiation and contract drafting and analytical thinking. Richard Netsianda has completed his Degree in Bachelor of Law (LLB) and is also admitted as an advocate of the high court of South Africa. I also has Diploma in Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and I am currently studying Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply.

Dedicated hardworking , trustworthy, reliable and suitable for this position.

A typical workday at TABAK is not an ordinary workday, very hectic due to operations, starting at 7 in the morning already, very dedicated and my relationship with co workers is a must, learned a lot about logistics,most challenging part was to up skill myself with export and import structure....

Pros: No growth at Tabak Distribution.
Cons: As its a operational company, I have to work late sometimes.

Upskilling

Company uses secondment instead of hiring because it wont pay the secondee Limited opportunities for growth...available vacancies but never finish recruitment process its either position is postpone or canceled Overall good working environment only frustrating when you are looking for growth

iN MY CURRENT ROLE I GET TO WORK WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS AND INTERACT WITH MY CO WORKERS. I HANDLE QUERIES AND LEARN EVERYDAY. I ENJOY THE DAILY CHALLENGE OF SOLVING PROBLEMS AND PROVIDING A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Excellent company

excellent working environment. Worked my way up from agent to supervisor to acting manager. Worked well with colleagues. I liked interacting with staff as well as customers

Excellent learning experience

Excellent customer service

Dealing with irate customercustomers and being able to assist them and proving them with solutions to their queries. Working for Mtn has improved the knowledge of consumers behaviour and how to handle each customer demand in a good manner and respect each customer. I am working with a friendly and very supportive team. The positive attitude from my colleagues and sense of respect and vibrant business culture is what I enjoy mostly in this company.

Pros: Ability to further my studies through elearning courses provided by the company
Cons: Working on holidays
