Great people to work with, who shares best working practices.

Good company to work for, opportunity to change one's life and the community at large. Built everlasting relationships with coworkers and management. Having provided outstanding customer service makes one pat themselves on the shoulder for a job well done. The most challenging part working at the company is that growth is for the elite, and hard work not being recognized or acknowledged.

Exceptional professionalism

The company do offer training for employees

It's a 8 to 4 kind of work. The environment is good relationship with my co worker's. We share different culture but still get along very well. I have learned a lot from each and every one of them even though most of them are younger than me. 8 to 4

Pros: No promotion, but need to apply for positions

Good place to start career

good place to learn If you have not been exposed to other companies good relationship among staff typical day if filled with lots of work and constantly reminding you of your stats learned that for a company or query to be resolved you need to be patient and liaise with other departments as they interlink

First work experience

I am a hard working lady. I love learning new things and love working with numbers. I love doing something that will require me to think. I work well with clients because i talk to members every working day I have learnt and still learning a lot in my current position as it is my first job experience. I am a team player and can also work well individually. As i am currently working i need to serve notice in 30 days. My career goal is having a Bcom Accounting degree.

Pros: Being my first job experience. I have learnt a lot. Its benefits are the best.

I have broaden my skills

I'm good communication interpersonal skills, telephone manner ,committed and flexible ,am problem slaving/ conflict resolution skills, am willing to to work under pressure and meet the dead line ,am honestly, integrity, confidential, reliable and punctual

Excellent learning curve

Salary is good but very stric-kt policy . Teaching professionalism)-| time amnagement, disciples,. There is opportunity for growth and becoming permanent.

Its a high pressured environment where you are always working towards achieving your targets.

The company is a great place to work for. It helps you grow and grow and gain experience. It also helps pay for your studies so that you can further your career. Plenty opportunities for promotion and job security

Massive experience gained

Working at MIBFQ has helped me gain a lot of experience in working with different claims like Pension/ Provident/ Deferred and Estate late claims. I have also learned to work independently, results driven, customer services with different levels such as Member's, employers, Master's High court officials, brokers and etc. I am a team player, have telephone etiquette and trustworthy.

Unhappy employees

We are over worked and under paid. That is the long and the short of it. We have to do over 200 documents in a day, the chances of getting a promotion are slim, company policies are ridiculous. The only good thing is that we are allowed to work flexible hours.

Pros: Close to home, central location
Cons: No opportunity for growth
