Assessing claims call members to request bank information apples confirm information before payout off surpl fundus funds co-workers always worked together to meet deadlines to pay members. claims.i I have learnt to work with co-workers as a team to process claims effectively,answer calls professionally,treat all workers an co-workers members with respect .. challenging aspects is when the systems off and one needs to give feedback on a claim ..I enjoyed the working environment

Great stability
A typical workday consists of inbound calls from members querying the progress on claims submitted. In which they'd receive feedback on claim status with regards to document receipts, payment turnaround times and payment details. I consider my relationship with co workers as a very healthy one. I've gathered huge amounts of knowledge on the metal industry, how they operate and the company culture as a whole. I enjoy the friendly nature of my colleagues which has been instilled throughout the business. As well as satisfaction found in being able to assist members. The most challenging aspects of my job is being able to provide sufficient service to members of the artisan trade. A sector consisting of members as well as HR staff possess very little knowledge on pensions provident funds.

Good learning experience
I work from 08:00 to 16:00. I attend to different customer queries, telephonic and email queries. My relationship with my colleagues is very good. I have learned to deal with difficult customers.

Good company, lots of learning opportunities, but growth and management is old
Training department creates lot's of opportunities for further learning, boggest financial institution in South Africa administering 3 funds for those in the Metal and Engineering industry. Management is a little old and striggle to adapt to new technology, the basics. But overall a good company.

Excellent learning curve
Am currently working as fund accountant at MIBFA,responsible for payment to creditors from invoicing till trial balance using ACCPAC accounting system.Making reconcilliation on all relevant account monthly,prepaparing management report and journals.

Excellent employee
I am Karabo A Togo and I’m an experienced young woman in Pension fund administration and Pension claims administrator and have a good customer services experience. I’m an intelligent, creative individual who is eager to learn and accept significant responsibility on my duties. I’m a person with strong computer, administration and customer service knowledge which I’ve learnt from my previous employers. I’m a hard working person who is able to work under pressure to ensure that I complete my daily duties and deadlines. I’m also a fast learner who loves new challenges and I’m also capable of doing my duties without being supervised.
