Excellent in Communication skills

I have a good communication skills,with team work and work under pressure as well management skills on sales growth and ordering of stock with collection of cash to clients.Also convincing clients to take different types of policies at Metrpolitan by telling them. And now I'd like to expand my career with different departments also looking forward to start a new challenge in different companies.

My job description is giving people adviser about how to use the money.

I would like to look at finances of the company and make sure that there is no losses in the company. I want to make sure I am giving good customer service by answering telephone in a good manner and doing my daily duties. I would like to work together with other employees as a team in order to be productive. I have experiences a lot in my previous employment how to deal with difficult situations and how to go an extra mile in order to achieve my daily tasks. The most enjoyable part at work is when we reach our monthly target in our branch. The most challenging aspect is when we do not meet our targets as a team and individually.

E.g excellent client service

focus on my daily targer and to work together as a team in order to be on hour monthly targets.I learnt how to sell insurance policies that how important is to have policies for an example if you passed on you have to leave your family behind with money so that they can survive.

Good learning

It's very challenging when it comes to sale you need to reach target every month.but it's very interesting if when reaching the target every month because there's a lots of competition for good sellers

Travelling to different places and province

My job requires travelling and meeting deadlines,being able to approach people at different locations.I'm a good communicator and I come across meeting people with different attitude but I'm always polite and calm.what I enjoy most about my job is meeting people I love working people and communicating,my challenges are most people are not interested in insurance and I was employed last month last month but I have learnt on how to handle people in a certain way and respect goes a long way.

Good leader,energetic and always willing to learn. I also have banking experience about 8 years .I worked at different departments in the bank.I then decided to join the insurance industry as a branch manager.

Good place to find your footing as a sales person

A typical day at work or the start of a week is where by you would have to go out to find clients for the week in order to sell the product of there needs.Once you have found an interested person you would have to find the best solution for there long term needs,Getting there info and then making them your client.Getting back to the office submitting the info of that person and wait for feed back from head office.My relationship with my co-workers is very understanding as we all get along well and set aside time for working and having fun.The most challenging part of this job is having to find different people of a weekly base in a small town as there are to many of us doing the same job.

Pros: great opportunity to the sales market and having to be in different placers all the time.
Cons: All pay is commission based.

Working with people is my passion....the thing that motivates me to go to work..is problem solving...knowing I'm going to help people know and understand their financial wellness I love it....I love solving problems.....working with puzzles team work is gone best...learning to solve problems in groups and dispersing them individually.....the best
