Learning experience and also very challenging

Great learning experience but very challenging. Working with the team is great, some are very helpful. Learned to speak to clients and also coping with pressure as there is a lot of it at work, and I could say is the difficult part of the job, the pressure of it all and getting those sales.

Pros: great work experience
Cons: long working hours

I consult interviews, make presentations and capture data regarding new and existing businesses

I have been regarded as one the most people who have the ability to work under pressure and be calm at that, working with people always makes the work move with a smooth transition, I see myself grow and be successful in life because I have the potential and the tools to achieve that.

Pros: I have the potential to become anything in life.
Cons: I can work Overtime also.

Good learning curve

I enjoy working in a call center company talking a lot with clients and selling is a calling to me as well as dealing with clients everyday is stressful but I enjoy it my superviser is a great soul and a go getter just like me I learn a lot from my team everyday but I feel I need more more since my responsibilities are high now and I also need to challenge my self maybe consider working for an inbound company.i enjoyed being around people with dreams and wishes. There are a lot of people who helped me get where I am right now especially with having to learn communicating in other languages like XHOSA and Zulu.my biggest wishes is to get a job with much better Salary and a commission and I know I will need to start learning new people but it will be worth it.what I don't like abwt wer I am is that there is no change since I started working there things are still the same.

Pros: People are promoted yes
Cons: Long working hours

Learning curve and experience

Working at my previous company was challenging alot because i would spend most of my time at field looking for clients.i would say it wasnt easy job more especially if u dont have your own transport. My relationship with my co-workers was good because i got to know them better and found an opportunity to work with them What i enjoyed most was that i was meeting new people every now and then.help them understand what is it that we were selling them The most challenging thing was going to field and not find what you looking for which was clients,it would be a tough week.and i learnt that you should be patient of what you do and know what you doing

Pros: Opportunity for being Financial Advisor
Cons: Long working hours and not knowing what time you will knock off

Learning curve

Being a financial advisor requires a self driven person because you determine your own salary through daily performance. Everyday you need to plan your day, have appointments and be able to interact with your colleagues on a daily because each day it's a learning curve and discovery of my own personality. I have learned to be independent, manage time cautiously, confidence and be knowledgeable. I enjoy mostly my working hours and what is more challenging is when client policy lapse which affected my montly performance.

Pros: Promotions
Cons: Targets

Engaging with different people from different walks of life

- I'm doing field work most of the time when I'm doing presentations to clients, you sometimes meet interested people in what you educate them about or some are not interested at all but that doesn't change who I am, regardless I serve them with a smile and integrity. I'm a team player if there's training or certain task needs to be done I give my input on the task. I have learned to accept rejection in a professional way, I have learned to give empathy when it's needed and most of all to work independently. Meeting my weekly target is joyous to me,if it's achieved it's a compliment to me and a courage to put more effort. The challenging time is when you have made an appointment to meet with your client and under circumstance they not available to meet with you or their phone is off.

Pros: promotions are available
Cons: transport

Discipline and to respect clients is well as your job most important sales and professionalism

Be the best at what you do and be the best you can be at what ever you do. treat others equally always be motivated at things you do. a good adviser is an adviser who always willing to go an extra mile at what ever they do who is always punctual arriving on time to clients and have enough prospect in order for you to better the chances of writing more business and as a financial adviser you need to aim for the moon so that when you fall you fall among the stars. The more you motivate your self the better the chance of you succeeding especially in the sales industry you need to be professional and be a positive thinking in order for the individual to be the best at what ever they are doing focus is the key to success especially in the sales field if you are prepared the higher the chance of you earning more income and treat the business as you own business.

Pros: opportunities for growth
Cons: keep up the company standard

Excellent interpersonal skill

I visit clience to thier workplace. Sometimes we go in groups to the client's workplace but sometimes individuals depending of how many workers to that workplace. i have learn how to work with people, i improved my presentation skill, interpersonal skill, communication skill, talkative skill, i have how to start a relationship with people whom never see each other with them. I enjoy communicating with people, helping people by advising them to manage thier money prepare for tomorrow, building the future of thier children by investing. The most challenging aspects is the colleque who want easy things by selling the products incorrect way but what is good is to correct it.

Pros: Great opportunity to get the job
Cons: Will to work overtime
