The best experience ever
My job was basically the same thing every day handling different kinds of clients all day long but it was fun as i have learnt quiet a lot about handling different kinds of people i speak manly of my job at african bank because that is the job i have done for the longest period and my colleagues and i were more like family .
Pros: there isnt really much to tell as it was the same thing everyday handling queries and processing loans that just about it
Cons: long hours that were not even considered as over time because the branch closes at 12 on saturday but if there were still clients inside the branch the was no knocking off but i got used to it and started embracing it as it was my bread and butter .

Great working
As per my job description as Sales Consultant that walks almost the whole doing door to door looking for clients, it is a great job if you are a person of loving to work outside doors but also challenging when you have to ask for few minutes of the people's time as they are working and I need to speak to them with regards to what i am offering them. Nice thing is that you get to work with people and you get to meet different people with different attitudes towards you. but that you have to get used to it.
Pros: Challenging opportunity interms of if you are not good with people

Strong work ethics,
I always make good relationship with my team members and the stakeholders, I have learnt the importance of having good work ethics .I enjoyed everything about my job because it gave me platform to showcase my skills such as problem solving skills, innovation and adding value to the Company

I'm a fast learner
Working for an insurance company is very challenging and sometimes exciting and fun especially if you are reaching targets everyday. Sometimes you feel very stressed when people show no interest in what you selling because they get bored in hearing about funeral plans and so forth so it's very difficult to work at an insurance company. My relationship with the co-workers wasn't very pleasant because everyone would fight to get that 2cases per day so it was like you are in a competitive at work, I have learnt alot, I learnt how to be independent and push myself to the limit worked long hours to reach the target that I'm given even on weekends there was no rest.
Pros: I never had the opportunity to be promoted how ever you would be promoted depending on how you work within the company but that does not happen often because there were plenty old advisors that are very good at what they do but still haven't been promoted.
Cons: We didn't have time to clock in and out but you must make sure you do not sleep without submitting what is expected of you.

My focus is to trace clients and pay them money which is rightfully theres
My day starts at 06:30 I leave at 15:30. If I take lunch its 30min. I work well In my team but that is because I have a excellent team. Currently I am busy on a project trying to close a account that is like 300 million outstanding claims
Pros: we like a family here and everyone works well together good learning oppertunities as well
Cons: draining work time is work time when you at work you work

My involvement in my current role.
Through my involvement in my current role, I have been able to develop the analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills required. As a person I am open to innovative ideals and enjoy taking on new challenges.

Financial Advisor
I like working at insurance company because at the same you determine your own income. i have a good relationship with staff and clients. i learn to connect with differs peolpe and how they react also to know about their needs as i'm selliing insurance policies. the most challenges is negative clients.i enjoy working there because the is no clocking time and my Managers is funny and lovely, the problem is we dont have a basic salary thats all.
Pros: any great opportunity to me will be good as im hard worker
Cons: eight or nine hours will be fine but do not mind working extra hours

Good adaption in learning
Sales represantative for the past four years of experience driving regulatory compliance and employees health and safety across industries -marketing ,manufacturing and retail.Launch training programs and engaging websites to inform thousands of employees..I have been a strategic leader and a good communicator at exciting audiences.

Ability to learn and good career
Working at metropolitan its a great opportunity to learn and improve knowledge of how to manage your business, it's a hard work that need concentration all the time,learning how to communicate with client face to face and thru phone.my relationships with co-workers was good at all the time we always work as a group and hep each other.I learn to apologize thou I'm not wrong more especially to our client ,solving problems by my own,avoiding conflict,and how to manage my business.I enjoy presenting to client help them know about the company and what can help them in future.the challenge I meet was not that much difficulty not wen I dnt reach budget but I usually over come becouse I have to work hard to reach my goal.
