Opportunity to do something different
There is a lot of work,eating at my desk to try finish my work. I enjoyed to be self managed Dealing very old contractors The co-workers are not united,they back stabber If there is an issue raised regarding work they pretend they are ok . The environment is not suitable if 1 has health challenges Having to suspend accounts due to our fault.
Pros: Down sizing of staff every 6 month
Cons: They implement things and not having a room for if it doesn't work what will happen.

Excellent Learning Curve
It's flexible environment. Self control of your work and timelines while reaching targets and deadline Allows an opportunity to work in different departments of the organization

I have gained so much experience in this career at Media24.
To start of from a typical day you always know that you have a target to reach and always need to prepare the unexpected from a call.My relationship with my co workers I would describe it as highly professional and beneficial for everyone involved. We didn't hesitate to share constructive criticism within the team, and I believe that we helped each other to grow, both as professionals and as human beings.What I have learnt was a good memory and a higher level of knowledge and retention goes hand-in-hand with providing quality support to customers.As part of my role as a contact center agent you need to be able to learn and memorize information on how to handle certain callers and the company you are representing.What I enjoyed most is when I satisfy customers with either resolving the issue they have called for and striving for Incentives at the end.The most challenging aspect is when there is conflicting in co workers priority , but first call resolution is one of my strong points at a call center.

Growth potential
Very interesting company to work for and very much inclusive helps one to grow as person and also professionally it’s also allows one to interact with different departments this allow me to work with different people and as people’s person I have a a good relationship it’s all people in the company , most challenging days are when o have to prepare a budgets for all the departments and also report to exco that is usually challenging but also fun.

Good company to work for, but not always transparent and open
Good, learning experience but not always open to help workers get to the next level. Very conservative and have favours-for-buddies approach. There are lots of opportunities, but very often it does not go to the people that deserve them.

Excellent learning curve
Media24 as a whole has so much to offer from perks and discounts to meeting so many different people from all walks of life. I must say that in the time that I have spent in the company I have met some amazing people all just trying to make in this trying economy.

Flexible working hours
Flexibility to meet family needs, personal obligations, and life responsibilities conveniently. If you have a flexible schedule, you can go to a parent-teacher conference during the day, take a yoga class, or be home when the washing machine repair person comes.

Wanting to be the best but Inspiring others while doing so
Started at the bottom and worked to get to where I am today and have multiple awards under my name and 10 years being a finalist at our annual Designing awards. As Art Director and Head of my Specialised Graphics department I oversee that my team give there best and come up with the most visually and award winning designs and layout. I see to it as well to constantly inform Editors of the progress and also if issues should arise. I love what I do and art 8n general has been a part of my life. I get on super well with all my colleagues and I feel having a great relationship with your colleagues where you respect them as much as you want them to respect you. My vision is to inspire as well as to give 120% of myself. Most challenging part of my job is making sure I stay on top of the ever changing times and to make sure we come up with the freshest and most innovative ideas and Designs out there.

Cons: People who are in it just for the money and have no drive or passion for what they do

-There is always a chance of learning something new, because trends are always revolving -By interviewing celebrities , ordinary to extra ordinary people i get to meet loads of people. -my colleagues are the most innovative people to be working with, our brainstorming sessions always makes my day. there we discuss the days news, latest gossip or anything that interest the public be it celebrity, local or international. -i love that we can work flexi hours
Pros: Meeting different sorts of people, everyday we get to experience new things, company just amazing
Cons: as the world revolves, so does the face of media, with everything going digital, the publishing world is getting smaller
