I learn more of work at McDonalds e.g dealing with different customer everyday.

I experienced lot of work at McDonald's putting the smile everyday on my face. Greeting every customer all the time and also make sure all the customers had been saved well. I also clean the shop preparing the orders,cashier,counting stock. I like my co-workers because when we meet in the work place its only about the work nothing else like personal issues and we work as team because we call our self as team players to reach our goals. I enjoyed working together as a team because we assist each other.

Excellent learning curve

Great company to work for. It is a fasted paced environment that is always busy, so its the same cycle every month. Managers are not so supportive, when you get in the position, either you swim or sink.

It was good enough job

I have enjoyed working there, it was very good and I have experience so much and Learn Alot but it was never good enough in salary wages. I had to resign and start looking for more opportunities.

PROMOTIONS AND SALARY

I BELIVE MCDONALDS IS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR AND ENJOY WORKING FOR THE COMPANY MOSTLY BECAUSE I LOVE SERVING CUSTOMERS THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE SALARY THAT EARN AFTER MY HARD WORK AND THE FACT THAT POSSITIONS ARE GIVEN TO PEOPLE WITH NO EXPERIENCE WHERE BY I HAVE TO TEACH SOMEONE THE JOB YET THEY GET PAID MORE THAN ME

Cons: THE JOB KEEPS ME AWAY FROM MY FAMILY MOST OF THE THE TIME

Man of principles and procedures

If have special skills of profit control and people practice. I've been voted as Manager of the year and Food Safety awarded. I have passed 3 store inspection and reviews. I respect company policies and ethics so as I conduct my self. I really love turning complaints to compliments.

Satisfaction

At first wasn't easier for me to adapt on the place of work, the was time I feel like I start a new life with people I will be working with,l ve learned more things about work aspects ,I enjoy sharing Ideas with colleagues most of the time, to be on pressure, been treated unwelcomed on place of work

Working here is excellent you learn a lot

Working at McDonalds is great you learn a lot and you have an opportunity yo grow as individual you get opportunities to go to the courses and get promotion, people at McDonalds are friendly and very ernegertic I have learnt so much on how to compile reports and how to deal with different customers well I have also learnt on how to fix problems what I enjoy most about working here is when we deliver the expected services to customers the most challenging aspects of the job is when you are having opportunities which disturbs the normal trading day
