Man of principles and procedures
If have special skills of profit control and people practice. I've been voted as Manager of the year and Food Safety awarded. I have passed 3 store inspection and reviews. I respect company policies and ethics so as I conduct my self. I really love turning complaints to compliments.

McDonalds and it's promises
I love woearnt a lot of things at McDonalds but I don't see growth in it for me or rather is pulling me back as I'll only have experience that I worked there not something to show for it like a certificate

Good leaning curve
Working hours can be less which leads to less income I have a very good relationship with my co-workers I have learned how to work with different types of people through customers,I have learned cleanliness is archived through hard work and team work is the best I enjoy working on sundays I get to earn doubled the actual day salary Ithe most challenging aspects of the job are working at night

Excellent working and learning environment
Assigned and delegated tasks using time management and critical thinking to team members who were able to execute the abilities with the correct knowledge; Evaluated delegated or assigned tasks throughout the shift and provided feedback; Interacted with customers with complaints or problems and resolved them; Performed opening and closing routines such as organizing, stocking, and counting inventory. My managers always worked with my schedule and they always praised my hard work. I moved stores when they asked me to and they always made sure I was happy and encouraged me to keep up the good work.

Learnig curve
working in mcdonald has skilled me with dealing with different characters of people that includes both staff and customers , as a shift manager you become a father teacher couch to the staff , all you have to do is to know when to be one of those three and it help you to have a productive team that will meet customers expectations at any given time.

A day goes smooth somedays I've got a good relationship with my co-workers I've leant to work with different people and work as a team I enjoy meals Is when you have to deal with most difficult customers
