McDonalds and it's promises
I love woearnt a lot of things at McDonalds but I don't see growth in it for me or rather is pulling me back as I'll only have experience that I worked there not something to show for it like a certificate
Pros: The environment is OK yet stressful

Excellent working and learning environment
Assigned and delegated tasks using time management and critical thinking to team members who were able to execute the abilities with the correct knowledge; Evaluated delegated or assigned tasks throughout the shift and provided feedback; Interacted with customers with complaints or problems and resolved them; Performed opening and closing routines such as organizing, stocking, and counting inventory. My managers always worked with my schedule and they always praised my hard work. I moved stores when they asked me to and they always made sure I was happy and encouraged me to keep up the good work.

It was a great experience
I had a good relationship with my previous colleagues and I learned a lot of things from cashier, cooking, recieving stock, stock exchange, giving orders and taking orders.I enjoyed meeting helping new clients.

Learning new things
I enjoy working with people.I have learnt a lot in that company.We had good relationship with the workers.I like to learn new things.I like to work under pressure because that teaches how to learn work fast.

Customer Obsessed
At McDonalds, the customer is always right and we do all to satisfy the customer no matter what. I worked for two years and Im still part time, haven't been promoted and not because I do not work good enough. But I thank this company for the experience it has given me when it comes to working with customers and how to deal, work well with my co-workers who come from different backgrounds and cultures.

Excellent learning curve
At work we were working as team, that taught me how to communicate with clients and my colleagues. The most challenging part was the night shifts but I was very strong cause I can handle pressure.
