Its a learning curve and it helped me to understand more how to deal and handle customers
Everything was new to me as I have never worked in the fast food industry before. Floor walking in the morning inside and outside the store s premises with a check list book, Checking that breakfast is cooked at the right temperature and testing the cooked product using thermometer and other readers recording all the temperatures on the book. Always checking that there is enough stock for cookers, runners and dressers, making sure that the frying all is always at the right temperature and that all stations are manned always. All stock in the freezer, chiller, stock room and floor was counted daily from 10:00pm

Great experience
Its a very good company to work for and I enjoy working with people and serving customers as the store manager I enjoy training and develop staff and also working hard to reach my goals timeously I have a very good relation ship with my staff & management they like me so much and I have learnt to treat people with respect and to run the bussiness the way that is expected of me

Very good learning curve
As a crew trainer I start my shift by completing my pre-shift checklist and setting up the stations, then I present my training plan for the day. I do that while I also jump in to assist my trainees with serving the customers. What I enjoy most is that the training never ends as I always have to do follow ups to check that everyone is following the right procedures and so we keep on learning new things everyday. I work with my fellow crew trainers as well in order to get clearer understanding where I find difficulties. I have learnt a lot from this job and my main highlight would be that even as a trainer/teacher, there is still room for me to learn from other people, including those people that I am training. I try to come up with different ideas to train different people everyday.

Working here is excellent you learn a lot
Working at McDonalds is great you learn a lot and you have an opportunity yo grow as individual you get opportunities to go to the courses and get promotion, people at McDonalds are friendly and very ernegertic I have learnt so much on how to compile reports and how to deal with different customers well I have also learnt on how to fix problems what I enjoy most about working here is when we deliver the expected services to customers the most challenging aspects of the job is when you are having opportunities which disturbs the normal trading day

Be the best among the best
Working with high number of crew and customets thats the most thing i like about McDonalds because its were you learn more about cultural groups and attitudes, because we not coming from same backgound, most challenging part is to work with customers because you need to adjust your self because they give you stress sometimes when they are not setiesfied with the service. they must log a complain and i must attend that compain telephonically and i need to be proffessional when im dealing with such things because im selling the brand. McDonalds we work as a team we help each other we lough snd we cry together, But know i want to grow because ive been working in a hospitality department for 4 year, i want to experience the real world.

Excellent Learning Curve
It is a great environment with lot of benefits, their management is good and you learn to work as a team, working there you learn to work in speed and accuracy, you learn to have self discipline

Customer servise
I am working with different type of customers every day,difficult customers and easy customers. what i like most at my company we are working as a team. What i have learn most is how to handle different customers and to work under pressure.I always enjoying the team work that we have and working with different people. The most challenging is working at night and during the night our customers are drunk and is not easy to understand each other.

PROMOTIONS AND SALARY
I BELIVE MCDONALDS IS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR AND ENJOY WORKING FOR THE COMPANY MOSTLY BECAUSE I LOVE SERVING CUSTOMERS THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE SALARY THAT EARN AFTER MY HARD WORK AND THE FACT THAT POSSITIONS ARE GIVEN TO PEOPLE WITH NO EXPERIENCE WHERE BY I HAVE TO TEACH SOMEONE THE JOB YET THEY GET PAID MORE THAN ME
