Each day I visit 10 key customers according to the Cash & Carry being visited. Before arriving at the C&C I assess local competitors and feedback to Store GM. With that info collected I see my customers focusing on compliance, sales and operations. I also give supplier upcoming initiatives and insights which I will also feedback to the supplier management. Everyone I interact with is aware that I keep the customers' interest at heart. What I've learnt to focus on is the importance of my role to the organisation's bigger picture - my customers participate to 80% of each store's performance - which makes me enjoy it so much more. The main challenge is aligning above-the-line marketing with below-the-line marketing for each C&C.

Eager to learn new things.
I am a self respective individual whos loving and respect other people. I am a go easy person to work with. I enjoy the new challenges every day of my working life. The challenging aspects of the job is when working with difficult management system.

Great work experience
I work great with my team, i love my job as i manage the hardware allocation to users across all regions not only in Gauteng, we have a great team work with the IT support team in all regions.i have learned to do travel booking for the whole IT department(Team) for all regions.

It a great company to work for.
working for masscash you get to learn new thing,since the company was bought by massmart new technologies and design have been implemented to the company, which means for us we get to face new challenges and learn how to solve new IT related problems, we get to travel a lot and spend a week away from home and working as a team it what makes our work much easier, because we help one another.

Invaluable Experience Gained

I enjoy elicitation of requirements and bringing it to a testable level. Amazing learning experience
In my 10 years at Masscash I have held 3 positions. Being a part of this company has helped me grow. I started off as a recon clerk and am now assistant supervisor of the payments department. I can confidently call myself an accounts payable specialist from all the learning and promotions in thus company's accounts payable department.

Character building opportunity
I would say my summary says it' all this was a great opportunity to build one's character to build morals confidence and values. Working for Masscash has to be one of the greatest opportunities I have been granted. It taught me self understanding asell as a great view of how the retail industry and wholesale industry operates. The skills I've gained are ones I charish such as SAP and F&R forecasting stock movements policies and procedures. What I enjoyed the most is the interaction and knowledge shared not only with the collegues but with various suppliers. Improving my negotiations skills

Comfort zone, seek new challenges
I'm a diligent hardworker who always executes tasks at hand effeciently, I have a keen eye for numbers, am an analytical thinker and take direction from superiors very well, I enjoy working in a team which I normally find stimulating and I'm looking for a permanent position, my excellent verbal and written communication skills would make me an asset to your company and to this position.
