Excellent customer interaction and learning curves of the fast paced demanding FMCG environment
Extremely demanding and fast, with attention to detail and deliveries to customer very important. Build and maintain existing relationships and continuously fight the competition to alaways come out ontop. Everyday is a new challenge and has new adventures and learning in every day. Food safety and hygiene being a huge factor focus point and compliance a non negotiable.
Pros: Busy environment and Great working environment support structure is excellent.
Cons: Long hours salery low for amount of work.

Excellent learning curve
Work everyday, coworkers always willing to work, learning everyday. There is noway that you may be facing the same challenge everyday unless you have not attended it, its always a new challenge at Masscash logistics. My manager likes to put you into deep end and you have to find your way out. He is there if you need support though. I enjoy the fact that its not the same job everyday. You always have something new to do. There are no rooms for mistakes here. You make one mistake the whole company suffers financially. this makes this job very challenging

Learning
Hi I'm a 25year old graduate with a little experience in retail and wholesale. I've been exposed to admin and store operations. I'm inspired by hard work that produces results and achieving set objectives. I am able to cope under any circumstances and no challenge is too great when team work is utilised accordingly.

Growing the business together
I have been in the cellular industry for the past 20 years. I worked in various levels in the cellular retail industry and enjoy growing and adding value to the business. I have developed many staff members from a junior level to a management in stores and even Regional managers. Working as a team and supporting each other is key to my success in this industry. I am sure that I will add tremendous value to your business.

Ambassadorship
The job satisfaction of being trusted to lead a colaborative, diverse group of individuals, that achieve sucesfull results and act as true ambasadors for the company, is the highlight of any leader. Through true ambassadorship and trust, our customers show loyalty and foster life long relationships as business partners and freinds. One of the biggest challenges is, motivating a team that spend on average 4 nights away from there family’s and requires regular positive influence and leadership. The only way to succeed in this environment, is to be a true ambassador oneself and lead by example, therefore traveling continuously and living by time management, to still achieve the normal job requirements.

Quick learner
Set up a weekly planner, to make it easier to work and able to set appointments before visits. My colleagues are supportive and help each other regarding any advice even have a work what app group to keep easy communication. Team work. Good communication. Self drive. Share information where necessary. Self motivation and given freedom to analyze your strategy. Some information are hidden and not providing enough training to further the knowledge.

Worked on large book volume. Gained experience on working on large book volume.
A typical day would be working on queries, claims,POD's, invoicing and bringing the books up to date. Gained experience on working on large book volume. Worked Great Plains accounting software.

Wonderful experience in a field i would like to follow.
we start our days early at 7.30am, cashing up the cashiers to get ready for our costumers, in the cash office we are busy the whole day, receipting payments, allocating payments. we call for outstanding payments. we also run the HR in store, like processing the documents for new employees. explaining the policies and procedures to them and helping them to complete the nominee forms for funeral benefits and pension. we take care of the claims that are returned daily. and also deal with customer queries where we can.

Great learning curve,
Working at Masscash is a great learning opportunity. Great opportunity to meet and work closely with a dynamic team from operations and finance to achieve similar objectives for the company. I have learnt and still learning a lot about report writing, reporting and analyzing data, advanced excel e.g vlookup, pivot tables etc. which enables me to work faster smarter and more accurately with employee data. The most challenge currently is strategic leadership and proper work guidelines to be able to be productive and provide meaningful service to employees.
Pros: Great learning curve and being exposed to Operational and Funancial side of HR
Cons: Long working hours, no HR structure, proper work guidelines or strategies
