The Retail industry is very fast paced so what is needed is a close working relationship with team members which I have. I believe an early start to the day gives you an edge to cope with unexpected events . Because of the volumes I had to reinvent on how to input data to meet deadlines which is so crucial to payroll. I enjoy the fast pace and the challenges that each day brings.
Pros: You learn something new every day
Cons: your leave is dictataed by your payroll dates.

Learning curve
Familiar with all that I am doing, can learn a lot only if the buyers and planners let you in, there are close to 0 chance of growing unless u move across the business.

As per block below.
With over 400 differences procedures and processes in ensuring operational efficiencies and compliance I have gained intense knowledge and experience. I managed a team of 8 senior managers and 12 junior managers along with a total staff compliment of 167 employees. I enjoyed the engagement and interaction with all stakeholders.

They gave me some training courses to be where I'm today .
I have worked with more than 100 staff and we had different characters, some other days its difficult but as human being we deal with whatever problem .I have learned from them and they learned from me also.To work hand to hand as a team it make work easier and enjoyable. When I had to discipline older staff to me.

The environment is employee friendly and the company focused on self and professional development for it's employees. Employees are motivated to be positive and focus on customer satisfaction. The company values it's employees and there is no tolerance to any kind of discrimination.

Learning new things
I had a good relationship with my colleagues. I learned new things everyday. It is alot of hard work I am currently not working at Massbuild anymore but it was an experience. You talk to different people everyday.

Well groomed and Skilled sales Consultant
Working as a sales consultant i built more growing sales flows i worked with a committed team to success in my team i was working with i trained lot of sale consultant as a was awarded "best department of the year and month" regarding sales making more sales and service rating from customers my work speak for its self
