Good customer service, team leadership and management, admin, can work with a larg team

I'm young energetic good in customer service can work with large team good in admin, leadership skills and management experience very well, can work more than regular hours, multi tasking in all I do I excel, I make sure my duties are done before I knock out at work

Working for Markham’s was great. The team itself was great and we worked great together.

The company itself is great and the team was excellent. The hours was no problem at all. The company just doesn’t provide enough room for growth. You as a employee has the work a few years in order tp grow but that still doesn’t ensure you of any growth.

Pros: Great learning.
Cons: No growth on the company.

Constant promotions

Is a great company to start a career with constant promotions, but the salary varies from different branches, I'd tie in a bigger branch salary might be R4900 and from small branch might be R4300, the only challenge is when one works in a branch situated in a mall as most malls close even around 10pm, the only issue is that small branches don't get the same treatment at bigger branches like product and other systems are not in placed.

Cons: Management from bigger stores look down at other small stores

Fair learning curve

I love to engage with customers a lot because I learn a lot from them y, I have learnt to be patient with people, my relationship with my co.workers is excellent even though I I’m the only guy and I hate it so much to the honest

Sales,communication.Well knitted team.Ensure customer service

Well knitted team. Great place to start off to get used to a world full of customers. Most challenging is keeping all customers happy and most rewarding is seeing a customer happy through your efforts.
