Working at Markham is a very challenging job. There is always something to do. Cleaning, merchandising, promotional updates, customer services, customer complaints, visual updates, cellphone updates. It is a busy and demanding environment, that has taught me a lot and allowed me to grow. I am now seeking the opportunity to continue to learn and grow.

Excellent

I 'm currently working has a fashion Consultant.what I do is first is to great customers, then we sell clothes to them, and advice about the style and also what is trend.we also need to make that we work with one another, and also we make that our customer our first proirity.What I have learn is that customer service is the best, we treat everyone equal who ever the back ground is. What I enjoy the most sell item and also interact with customers.

Working in clothing company is great and you observe unique fashion designs.

The relationship with the colleagues is quite amazing as have to communicate often notifying each other about announcements pertaining matters like daily targets and replenishment the company is exciting as we interact with different types of customers.

Perfect place for customer service development skills

I would like to explore other departments in retail business and improve my knowledge and skills most of all contributing to the success of the business

Pros: Long hours but excellent learning environment and a place to lift your self esteem

Experience in retail filled

Typical work day I hv experienced its was on black Friday when I counter many people in the store which we have to help, and stil have to help at the till so I can atleast push the line not to be to slow.. Also look up for stock on the floor not to be stolen Our relationship with my co-workers have ups and downs as we don't see things the same way but at the end we manage to solve the problem rk as a team I hv learnt to work as a team no matter what Preparing admin and changing medicans Flat p

Excellent Learning Curve

I enjoyed working at Markham and I would recommend to anyone who wants to work there the benefits are great and they do look after the employees if you work harder you will be rewarded.You get to learn a lot abt patience and passion for style.Relationship with co workers was not really the best At all times but we did get along as a team.I have learnt to Keep within your limits and reach for the stars.

Cons: Long hours Always go beyond working hours and stocktake and stockcounts no extra pay for that
