Excellent learning of working with customers

Am Excellent in English, I can work over time and under pressure , I am self motivated and self-dependent. I know that customer always right, I can make sure that all customers get all services. I can start to work immediately if I can get a chance .

I run a sales team, 8 consults who I have to motivate on a daily basis to achieve our targets , I source new business for them, I go out with them to assist them with the sales and to damage control. I have learnt that I can calm any situation down, and get results .I negotiation skills are top of the line. The thrill for me is landing that huge first sale and getting that continuous business from that customer thereafter. Building relationships is my key factor .People don't buy from companies they buy from people.

Career expo

Working in my current company has helped me realize my full potential in self supervision and unleashing my hidden skills and talents like being a store announcer (Mc). I have had such a great time with my fellow colleagues and managers, we work really well together and there is unity amongst all of us really and we treat each other like brothers and sisters. For me there is no challenges at my department everything flows the way it should. I enjoy b in hands on when it's time to work and help customers.

Good learning curve

Good work , good relationship , staff member need to be encouraged to do more or working towards achieving the store goals " working beyond the call of duty" What I enjoy most its the challenged I bought to the company. the challenging part its to make every member to think outside the box

Improvement Curve

I'm currently work as HR Admin, but Im more likely to become creditors or Debtors Clerk. I enjoy working with client, and make sure that creditors get paid on time, as mention on my CV that I was working as a Creditors.

Big company, World wide, learned a lot.

Checking all paper work and follow up on outstanding queries Follow up on all outstanding RTV's to suppliers for all3 divisions Check on basic receiving procedures for all 3 divisions attend H&S meetings Attend executive meetings make sure that all stock that is received is in the store on a daily basis

Pros: Large company. World wide.
Cons: use to retail hours and it is not a problem.

Good place to work at lots of learning and you can grow if our agent was paying a bit better

To deal with a difficult customer that make my day so typical I have to be always calm and try to hand it over to supervisor and managers I always keep in mind that a customer is always right. I love working with people am social always smillingi. I am good in team work it makes our company our job easy every time good communication it helps a lot when working with people I learnt that to work at retail as a cashier it's not only to work but to meet different characters at work and you improve your working skills from other people. Excellent learning curve

A very busy company with lot of customer and employees. Good working environment Perpose of the counting is to determine our shrinkage in each and very department. Shrinkage is a word we use to determine loos stock Relationship with co-works is always challenging. Challenge we face each and very day is dealing with difficult customers and suppliers. I enjoy working overtimes at any time. l have learned that dealing with difficult customers is the most important key part in the busines,because makro value there customers regardless of any co-incidences.
