I have a good relationship with my co- workers, we respect each other.at first employees they never wanted to be assistant by me because m an intern but since they saw that m good at what I do they now even ask for advise fro m me. I enjoy being an hr officer because I deal with different employee everyday that tech me to be a very assertive person and know how to handle aggressive people.
Pros: the is great opporunity of promotion because the retail has so many branchs so is easy to move from being an intern and be a permanet employee to another store
Cons: working hours are good because we start working at 8:30 to 5:00

Challenging and rewarding
You get to intetact a lot with customers in persuit of customer satisfaction in a invoroment that is challenging and demands efficiency in a bid tobkeep the customer happy. You do pur in long hours in a day but the reward is sufficient. I have learnt a great deal atbeing employed here over the yeats.

Makro is good place to be in order get experience and it is broad, you get to learn if you not ignorant, but in terms of growth there's no much space, everything is limited.

Good Company
A very busy company with lot of customer and employees. Good working environment Perpose of the counting is to determine our shrinkage in each and very department. Shrinkage is a word we use to determine loos stock Relationship with co-works is always challenging. Challenge we face each and very day is dealing with difficult customers and suppliers. I enjoy working overtimes at any time. l have learned that dealing with difficult customers is the most important key part in the busines,because makro value there customers regardless of any co-incidences
