My name is Ashraf Ismail, I am currently employed at one of the major retailers Makro for the past 13 years(July 2005) For the past 7 years I’ve been stationed in the Multimedia & Hi-tech department as a salesman & recently in the capacity of acting Manager in the absence of the Sales Manager, some of my tasks in the department are high standards of customer service, achieving sales targets an operational budgets, interaction with head office, buyers & suppliers, maintain high operational & housekeeping standards, awareness & curbing of Shrinkage, stock management & control of cyclical counts an overseeing department in Sales manager’s absence. I’m self-motivated, independent thinker and a fast learner. Some of my strengths are my people skills, product knowledge, confidence, Selling & negotiating skills In 2011 I started doing my BCom part-time & completed it in 2016 I'm extremely active an some of my activities include Park Runs, golf, tennis, gym & action cricket

Growth in the industry

I have a long working hours. I have a Good relationship with employees and senior management based on core values We practice Mutual respect as one of our core values I enjoy Interaction and intergrading with fellow employees I work under Pressure and always on standby hours

Good learning curve
Good work , good relationship , staff member need to be encouraged to do more or working towards achieving the store goals " working beyond the call of duty" What I enjoy most its the challenged I bought to the company. the challenging part its to make every member to think outside the box

Excellent learning opportunity
I am working as a cashier,assisting customers with finalizing their purchases. My duties are to scan the products,process card, cash and cash payments,advising customers with promotional products and serving them with a warm welcoming smile. I have learned listening and communication skills as I interact with customers and I know how to handle difficult customers. I love my working environment as I am surrounded by positivite and hard working people. I love my job because I have learned that people are different and have different characters.

Good company
i hereby,applying for the vacancy which appeared in the internet. I'm currently employed at Makro silver lakes as a stock controller physical inventory. i have Matric certificate and driver's license code10 i'm a quick leaner,a hard worker and good administrator skill and driving ability,the fast pace of work is something i enjoy and obviously never knowing exactly what i will be asked to do on any given day.I'm confident that given a chance the experience,knowledge and skill i have gathered over the years will be of benefit to the company.
