I have gained extensive knowledge in the Payroll Administration department as well as a HR Reporting Officer. I am a self starter who requires little tot no supervision. I have extensive Sap knowledge as well as excell knowledge.

Good attitude

Typical work daily is to ensure all my subordinates are well physically and mentally by doing a check in on everyone. Then I do inspections on all of my area of responsibilities. How I relate with my co workers is I focus mainly on what id expected of us as workers, I am a team player even though I am a leader I always accept new ideas for better performance. I have leaned that no matter how good you are you must always give people a chance, it will make you grow a person. I enjoy new challenges, be hands on or paper work. Having a leader who does not allow employees to come up with new ideas, it makes it difficult to convey message to my subordinates and it does not make work to be enjoyable.

Great Administration learnership

It's a great opportunity for youth that want to have a career in business administration or office Administration. We have a great support system from the permanent staff and management, It's very professional has limited potential for growth to senior positions. It offers growth and insights in many fields, such as been a receptionist, administration clerk , customer services,HR clearly and general office Administration. It's an eye opener.

PASSIONATE AND DETERMINED

I enjoy my challeneges at work, getting to work as a team with team work is a great motivation. I like sport as well but i always put work first. I am willing to relocate

Good opportunity to start your career.

I work a two shift pattern, this gives me time to plan for a day as well as to perform other tasks to the best of my ability at work. I am able to work independently as part of a team. We are all team players for us to meet our targets. There is less chances of promotion.The most challenging thing is that people are getting sick because of the environment. I have learned that safety is for all and it is very important. I enjoy performance bonuses at the end of the year.

Excellent company to have worked for

Good people learned a lot and gain a lot of experience on various types of work. Worked in a team environment . If there were breakdowns we attend it together to minimize down time and to let production go again

Im a fast learn and im person who like to under preasure

I will be very greatefull if i can be heard soon and be happy if my request can be taken into the consideration and i have a skills in computer and i am a fast learner and i can able to work under preasure

Continuous Improvement driven within a financially challenging environment

We have gone through many challenging moments over the past few years. From 1 of the lowest cost producers in the industry to 1 of the most challenging(due to 5 months strikes and also knock-on effects of the 2007/8 financial crisis). This has forced us to drive continuous improvement within a financially challenging environment. A typical working day: SHEQ management of permanent employees and contractors. Addressing daily production and engineering related issues. Managing Opex & Capex projects and business improvement Asset Management(Including forward planning, shut plans, RCFA's, etc) Also work with MDW(Mission directed workteams), where I will have 1-on-1 with each engineering team(Mechanical & E & I) to ensure alignment with business values, strategies and main drive pillars(this helps team members at all levels to understand their individual value on the overall business objectives). This also promotes open-door policy and promotes good team work and relations at all levels.

Pros: My present work is the ideal balance between technical and management expertise requirements. What I enjoy the most of my present work is the continuous improvement(Coming from a project environment, whether managing projects or maintenance, i view everything as projects; i.e. have to have goals and objectives) i would be frustrated to become stagnant(not i.t.o. promotional, but rather i.t.o. performance). A management philosophy(if you can call it that? but that I often think of, especially in critical times as we have been through, is that a good manager is defined under difficult conditions rather than when everything is going good!)
Cons: The biggest frustration probably is the present amount of instability. Difficulty for the business under present financial pressures to maintain daily & weekly objectives resulting in continuous changes in long-term plans. This makes meeting planning objectives very difficult. Projects are more cashflow-driven than task-driven
