It is a good company to work for I get along well with everybody including management My co-workers makes the day seem short, they are good team players. I get Guidance and coaching from management I enjoy working with people and I like the way Management runs this company

Oppotunity
Weekly report performance per week. Capturing the data and plotting . I give Monthly planning direction and expected value of the area they want to establish. Underground visit which is PTO done, including the assessment and pre-ledge inspection or face, Evaluation before they start to blast and submit the report to other department regarding or information around that working place to give them go adhered. Monthly evaluation which will determine the payment of the bonuses, by doing that is to observe or measure their performance. Supervisor give order to which places need attention after my evaluation is complete. Relationship with my co-workers is depending on how they performed at work including their attendance, Behaviour, trust worthy, others. We put the company, production, and us, make sure we don't mess daily production. Develop me ( computer, Management courses and Qualification on MRM.I enjoy to be at work doing my daily work.

Good learning environment
Working here makes me feel at home, good employer, customer care orientated, learning curve for me as I want to peruse occupational health nursing course and primary health. For a newly qualified the challenges are big but the support I get from coleaques make life easier for me.
Pros: Normal working hours, not standing for long time,
Cons: Less Career development especially if you do not have any degree or diplomas

Excellent learning curve
Lonmin is a great company to work for. Teamwork is an essential part of my daily tasks - liaising with the relevant standard committees and stake holders in order to make relevant changes / develop training material.

Hard working, eager to learn and fast learner
My name is Zoleka Magwa Recruitment administrator at Lonmin for 13 yrs I did matric 1997,office administration 2000,diploma Education 2003 employed by dpment of education 2003 volunteer educator employed by lonmin as recruitment administrator 2004 to date duties advertising sourcing candidates , preminary shortlisting inviting candidates for interviews ,checking criminal records, preparing interview packs sap NPB 10,30 and 40 sending their files to payroll and keeping their copies for record keeping .0631879103

I know that I'm the right person
All I ask for is an opportunity to present myself and will do so at my own cost. The requirement to have 150 in my opinion is what is wrong these days. We discuss and meet to much to talk and write about what needs to be done and massive lack action. We will be known for the generation that spend 3/4 of our day in meetings and writing reports but never did anything of significance. I want to be remember for my contribution and if your company or client will enable that then i'm the right person. There is very little in life that gets me down and so I try to positive at all times.

Cons: None apart that my personal objective is to enjoy my work as much as I di my personal life.

company in financial distress need to turn company around
good company to work for put management not making right discussions union controlling shafts working hours without been paid to much chiefs and not enough Indians

Administrator planned maintenance
It is very interesting working in the mining environment. We have lot of departments in the company and I like the fact that they do allow the development of employees though you still keep the position that you were hired for. The exposure to different working departments allow us as employees to know each other as a team. We have more than five shafts where in it happens a lot that you have to relocate from the other shaft to another. That is how we learn to know each other as employees in the company. I am now looking for another job because I have been moved to the area where it happens to be very far from my home. Other than that it is still good to be here.

PASSIONATE AND DETERMINED
I enjoy my challeneges at work, getting to work as a team with team work is a great motivation. I like sport as well but i always put work first. I am willing to relocate

Excellent company to have worked for
Company great place to work.. friendly people.. I have been send for training to develop my skills.. I have learned a lot while working for Lonmin. I have been working with good friendly people and were always the one who can make a joke to relieve some stress of the people.. because of my personality people greeted me whom i've never known.. across all race i was respected as i respect all and stay humble..
