Its a good environment to learn to help people. It teaches us about customer care and data entry and understand a customer ,to have active listening skills and communicate better with people by being polite.

Long work hours no work life balance no staff rewards or incentives

A very challenging work environment because of its lack of staff centricity. The company needs to innovate its product and service offering to be more competitive and seems very slow to adapt to change.

Excellent learning curve. Excellent Growth. Excellent training skills.

The company im currently work for invests alot in their employees. Every company has thei ups and downs but its what you make out of it as an individual.

Pros: Always room for growth. Great opportunities for promotion. Excel your studies within the organization
Cons: Very bad communication, no bonuses even though you excelling in your KPI's. Working every weekend.

Not a good working environment

ipsos is a company based on bryanston and specialises in doing surveys for other big companies such as Telkom,coca cola and Toyota. they provide opportunities for young people to get expirience but the pay is not alot just enough for you to live off...All in all its a good company that provides opportunities for the youth.

Pros: no opportunities available
Cons: long working hours
