I have gained an abundance of knowledge from report writing, escalating complaints, reviews. Team work is key in our daily activities I enjoy achieving a client CSI score of 95% above

Career's ups and downs

My day begins by attending to all the inquires that came in the previous day after hours. Relationship with my co-workers is like sisterhood. I have learnt that you have to always upskill yourself and learn as much as possible. I enjoy being with my family. The challenging part of my job is that processes change often and dealing with customer's over the phone can be challenging on its own. With the pandemic that is globally taking place, the company that I work for had to do restricting and retrenchments, unfortunately I was demoted, not because of my work ethics. I am now a call centre agent, I am not demotivated. I fell like I was given another chance to re start and do better.

DEDICATED AND COMMITTED TO GIVE OFF MY BEST

A DAY AT WORK STARTS OFF WITH DISTRUBUTING WORK, MOTIVATING TEAM MEMBERS, MONITORING AND ENSURING TARGTES ARE MET. I DO COACHING AND TRAINING TO ENSURE QUALITY STANDARDS ARE MET, ENSURE OFFICE POLICIES AND PROCESSES ARE ADHERED TO AND ACTION CORRECTIVE MEASURES WHEN NECESSARY. I AM REGARDED AS SOMEONE WHO IS ALWAYS WILLING TO ASSIST. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF MY JOB IS KNOWING HOW TO DEAL DEAL WITH A DIVERSITY OF PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE AND I HAVE LEARNT THAT EVERYONE CANNOT BE TREATED THE SAME AS CERTAIN DESCISIONS SHOULD BE BASED ON ITS OWN MERIT. Excellent learning curve. Excellent Growth. Excellent training skills.

The company im currently work for invests alot in their employees. Every company has thei ups and downs but its what you make out of it as an individual.

Pros: Always room for growth. Great opportunities for promotion. Excel your studies within the organization
Cons: Very bad communication, no bonuses even though you excelling in your KPI's. Working every weekend.

Learning curve

Its a good company to start with, it upskill their staff, always looking for fresh talent and has a view of client first. People are helpful and willing 2 assist

My Job Experience

I have a clear understanding of what is expected from me in the job I am currently doing. I can handle difficult customers especially when it comes to service delivery. We have an open door policy at all times if I have to refer to my superior. What I have learnt is that you can never work on your own their has to be communication among fellow workers for we have one common goal to achieve. I enjoy it when the company reach there monthly targets meaning bonuses for us on pay day. The most challenging aspect for me was to identify the car parts when a respondent complain or to order the particular parts. On any particular day I like to priorities before I start dialing and make sure I had my first cup of tea when entering the office.
