Learnt alot
We did customer service for the motor industry when people buy or service their vehicles. I learnt alot about vehicles. The most challenging aspect of my job was dealing with angry customers and trying to calm them down

Learned alot
ive learned how to work under pressure and how to deal with difficult customers.i enjoy the challenges i get from a day to day basis it teaches me how to be a stronger agent,Ive managed to obtain a 90 and above quality score since i started working at at company.

I have learned a lot from this company
My job is to make sure that what I transcribed makes sense and what I enjoy mostly is that I also get to know more about advertising industry as well as teaching others as well .the beautiful part is that I work at home without pressure and I'm responsible and reliable.i deliver on time . I work late nights as well it's hectic at times but I really enjoy transcribing it gives you all the focus .

Its a good environment to learn to help people. It teaches us about customer care and data entry and understand a customer ,to have active listening skills and communicate better with people by being polite.

A very challenging work environment because of its lack of staff centricity. The company needs to innovate its product and service offering to be more competitive and seems very slow to adapt to change.
