Started the BI capability at Internet Solutions from new, including the BI architecture, the BI engagement model, technology choices, people and skills development, measurement and benefit realisation, centre of excellence development including decentralised skills transfers and advance analytics. Currently managing and improving the BI team in order to support business strategy as well as managing the IT Planning function including the Enterprise Architecture function. Love starting up new capabilities or realigning existing capabilities to support strategic transformation. BCom IS (Hon), busy with MSc Engineering (Software) .

Excellent learning curve

I have grown with the company. I have learnt to work very well under pressure and be able to handle stress. I have acquired alot of skills such as accuracy, numerical, communication and presentation skills in the six years I have worked in the company

Internet Solutions

Very difficult to navigate and interact with teams. Everyone is busy covering their backs and there's no feeling of belonging. Very little recognition given.

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt to work work with any individual in the years that I have been with the company. I have acquired alot of skills such analytical skills, presentation skills, numerical skills and communication skills. I have learnt to be able to handle stress very well and work very well under pressure

Great experience

a typical day at work is 8 to 5 you work continuously no rest and 1 hour lunch, you do the installs and support on your own coworker relationship is great we get along well they are always ready to assist and teach you i have learnt a lot all high level set ups and troubleshooting methods and how to make things work without using the book method , simple working solutions for simple clients I enjoy mostly hanging out with my colleagues on Fridays and the assistance I get from them the most challenging aspect is everything in my job whatever work that is dine and needs to be done always comes with a challenge as 2 client setups are not the same

Great learning of systems and how process flows interlink between departments.

Great cross functional learning & exposure and learn how process flows interlink between departments, especially when working on CRM systems which filters right down to billing.
