Excellent learning experience
My typical day in the office would be having a quick coffee meeting with the team regarding the tests of the previous day on Quality of work and service to the clients ,to get the team in a positive mindset ,to want to make a difference ,so that engagement helped to find out what works for the team ,what we can change to better service our clients .from that point forth , i sit in meetings with client manager to get feedback from them on the gap between the engineers and the service promised to the client .further more do reporting . I learnt with this role its important to find a balance between client and the people ,that in as much as you want to ensure quality ,the people need to feel appreciated as well ,and that is why we had an incentive in place to reward them and command them every time we one going an extra mile . I enjoyed more than anything is working with a diverse group of people ,learnt how to engage with them and understand better different race and culture of people.
Pros: Great Opportunities to learn more from other departments which makes more room for growth

Excellent learning curve
I have grown with the company and have gained alot of skills. My work has taught me how to handle stress and work well under pressure. My work includes working with a team as most of the information comes from different individuals

Excellent Opportunity
Being with my current employer is truly a great place for any one to be. The number of roles one gets to play are multiple, as our team strongly believes in going the extra mile. There is always something to chase, a new goal to achieve, a challenge to overcome and emergencies that pop up in the strangest of times. The one thing that we can all depend on is our team members, in the knowing that whomever has the ball at the time will not hand it to the next person until they are certain the next person is ready to run with it, and we'll all pull rank to achieve the objective, but not without blood, laughter, sweat & tears. It is like being part of a family, as we all know family will test all of your functions before letting you out into the word. When all is quiet and still there is no stopping the love and appreciation we share for each other.

I HAVE WORKED AT INTERNET SOLUTIONS AND HAVE LEARNT A LOT OF THING ENJOYING WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS RACKING SERVERS AND CONFIGURING SERVERS. ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AT WORK SOLVING CLIENTS PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SERVERS E.G SERVER REBOOTS ,CABLE TRACING ,PATCHING.AS AN ENGINEER ENJOYING WORK DONE FOR CLIENTS EVEN MY TIME IS UP TO GO HOME I ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE WORK IS DONE AND DUSTED FOR MY CUSTOMER , RESOLVING CRITICAL REQUEST FOR CLIENTS. I HAVE LEARNT A LOT FROM INTERNET SOLUTIONS LIKE WORKING AS A TEAM AND PUT CLIENTS AT CENTER AND INNOVATIONS ALWAYS RESPECT YOUR CLIENTS. MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF MY JOB WAS TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL DELIVERIES FOR CLIENTS ARE WELL RECEIVED AND STORED IN A SAFE PLACE FOR FUTURE USE. MAKE SURE ALL SERVERS ARE WELL RACKED AS PER CLIENT SPREAD SHEET REQUEST.

Excellent Opportunity
It have been a truly memorable experience in my current career space. Working with a dynamic team, leveraging of each other's strengths and balancing one another's weakness. The lessons taken a shared are a life long investment. I have grown from strength to strength with each project and respectively earned my place within my immediate team, national team and the organisation as a whole. I am thankful to the management team that provide a unique motivation technique that I have learnt to use.

Excellent learning curve and i now see this as a carrer
Fast past environment must pay attention to detail procedure to be followed sacrifice my relationship with colleges professional and fun yes getting along ive learnt different procurement processes and finance i enjoy the environment and the the pace never have a reason to be bored most challenging was adapting to different Business units and their budgets i have overcome that

Good learning curve but no growth salary wise.
I.S is an interesting company to work at, certain teams, like the one I am on, work together as a family and we are always helping each other out where we can as our team do realize that we are all working toward a common goal. I have learnt allow with regards to how connectivity in the telecoms space and also how other telecoms vendors operate. I have also gathered a wealth of knowledge when it comes to different connectivity products on offer and how to advise clients which would be the best solution for their current needs and future needs of their business. The MOST challenging part of this job is to get vendors to work hand in hand with what we are trying to achieve with our clientele, however in most cases we are able to get them to work with us.
Pros: Great people to work with, great to learn about the entire telecoms industry.

Excellent working environment. Excellent company perks
Internet Solutions excellent company to work. The finance department excelled in all aspects. Very relaxed and happy atmosphere. Very friendly environment. Work hard & play hard atmosphere. The travelling was tooo tiring for me.

Excellent learning curve
I have learnt to work very well under pressure and handle stress. I have grown so much with the company and have learnt to communicate effectively with any individual thus far. I enjoy the fast paced environment and this really keeps me on my toes.
