Learning to Swim when in the deep end
The Service Delivery Manager acts as a custodian of relationships both internally within IS, and Very pressured environment and very fast based. can be stressful and requires you to have good influencing skills as non report directly to you process/policies are sometimes frustrating as are not always aligned. what I love about Internet Solutions is the Job always gets done no matter the pressure and the team work is great. Internet Solutions taught me to swim when thrown on the deep end, Most challenging is the Lack of urgency around some teams. My Relationships around the organization plays a big role and lucky for me I have good relationships across the business which assists me most in my JOB.

Learned a lot working as support for project managers; performed general office duties
It has been a wonderful experience working with individuals who share the goal as me and are willing to assist, working as a team with a common goal. Being given opportunities as a project administrator to share my views with project managers regarding the project and be given credit if my ideas were used. I have gained experience performing general office duties which has afforded me a well-rounded skill set including first-rate attention to detail and a range of competencies including: Good Communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and Time management. The most challenging aspect is the unrealistic deadlines and miscommunication which would cause conflict but we’d fine means to resolve as a team. I enjoyed the making order out of chaos and my job afforded me an opportunity to meet people.

Loving what you do
Working at IS has been the best career experience I've had. l. Ive gained so much experience & worked with amazing people. Ive learnt about perseverance, dedication and rolling with the punches.

Started the BI capability at Internet Solutions from new, including the BI architecture, the BI engagement model, technology choices, people and skills development, measurement and benefit realisation, centre of excellence development including decentralised skills transfers and advance analytics. Currently managing and improving the BI team in order to support business strategy as well as managing the IT Planning function including the Enterprise Architecture function. Love starting up new capabilities or realigning existing capabilities to support strategic transformation. BCom IS (Hon), busy with MSc Engineering (Software) .

Excellent learning curve
I have grown with the company. I have learnt to work very well under pressure and be able to handle stress. I have acquired alot of skills such as accuracy, numerical, communication and presentation skills in the six years I have worked in the company

Very difficult to navigate and interact with teams. Everyone is busy covering their backs and there's no feeling of belonging. Very little recognition given.

Excellent learning curve
I have learnt to work work with any individual in the years that I have been with the company. I have acquired alot of skills such analytical skills, presentation skills, numerical skills and communication skills. I have learnt to be able to handle stress very well and work very well under pressure
