I really like working for my company because i engage with lot of people, and it taught me how to offer the best customer service and i have learned more about technology, the worst thing about it is working on weekends because is retail hours and dealing with difficult customers but they have taught me that i must not take it personal with such situation. The most thing that i enjoy about the company is that they give you chance to learn from other departments

Customer service
I have learned a lot about working with customers with my 5 years experience within the company I have learned how to deal with customers and what to expect from customers. There will be difficult customers and the nice ones that doesn't have problems. I am willing to grow up my experience and expand it to other companies. So far I have learned a lot from where I was to where I am today.

Technician hardware and software experience
I've worked for two companies and I've been doing technician work for the past two years my main focus was to gain experience. I haven't studied toward any technical degree. Certifications have giving me a hold on the technician work in hardware and software.

Working for 13 years at incredible build alot knowledge and im still capable of learning new things.
Im a very fast learner, easy to work with always friendly ,im also a honest reliable person and i get things done, always up for a new challenge. I have learned so much at incredible customer service and how to be a leader and staff there is great except for management, total different inviromnet not a happy place to work. I do the same ting every day at work so its nog a challenge me me anymore. I feel like i need to grow more and do something different.

Great work environment
IC is a great company to work for, the are opportunities for growth, you just have to be willing to work hard and prove you are the right person for the position. Interacting with customers is always from because you get to learn things you never know and it allows you to humble yourself and listen to what the customer wants and not being afraid to say, I don't know what that is.... Customers don't expect you to know everything as long as at the end of the day they get what they want with your help.

Restructuring - Very poor.
Restructuring - Very poor. Causing unhappiness and low morale between employees. If one does not except your new job description, which incidently is triple the amount of work you were appointed for, you will be retrenched

Hard working guy willing to learn and show expertise in any trade.
I am a hardworking young man willing to learn and apply my knowledge in any situation. I am a fast learner and I think on my feet as well as outside the box in order to keep my customers happy. I get along with all my colleagues and always help where I can. I enjoy meeting different people everyday and being able to help their situations in the retail world gives me a good feeling. Challenges in retail can always be overcome with a positive attitude and the right mindset. I’ve learnt a lot about working with different people and how to handle different situations.

Iam good at my work thata why i have been top sales person
My name is Alfredo Tsandzana, i have learnt alot. I now sell solution and knowledge to my clients, i dont sell price or product. Reason why iam saying i dont sell Product is because we have lot of competitors out there whose sell less but me as a salea person i make sure that i understand customers needs and wants for a better solution for them. I work hard, i sacrifice my time to protect stock for customers to not steal it. Iam that funny respectful person to my co-worker, i know how to handle the matter as i was trained to do so. Iam Good at what i do Regards
