I am a hardworking young man willing to learn and apply my knowledge in any situation. I am a fast learner and I think on my feet as well as outside the box in order to keep my customers happy. I get along with all my colleagues and always help where I can. I enjoy meeting different people everyday and being able to help their situations in the retail world gives me a good feeling. Challenges in retail can always be overcome with a positive attitude and the right mindset. I’ve learnt a lot about working with different people and how to handle different situations.

No commissioned sales currently, all on negative therefore it's put on house sales.
I deal with customers directly on a daily basis. I advise them on what technology devices to hear we according to their specifications. Work Monday to Sunday normal retail hours, but since it's December longer hours are to be done without further compensation. I've learned a lot regarding the functions of devices, as we'll as the latest technology.
Pros: You learn a lot about the latest devices in the market
Cons: Long working hours, you at one place the whole day, no room for growth

Learning curve
It is long working hours with one weekend a month which i find difficult and you spent most of your time at work, one dsy off a week meaning you don't get enough time with family. Great experience to with lot of people and it builds your selling and customer skills. The most challenging thing its too many hours at work.

Iam good at my work thata why i have been top sales person
My name is Alfredo Tsandzana, i have learnt alot. I now sell solution and knowledge to my clients, i dont sell price or product. Reason why iam saying i dont sell Product is because we have lot of competitors out there whose sell less but me as a salea person i make sure that i understand customers needs and wants for a better solution for them. I work hard, i sacrifice my time to protect stock for customers to not steal it. Iam that funny respectful person to my co-worker, i know how to handle the matter as i was trained to do so. Iam Good at what i do Regards

Excellent Learning Curve
I am a go getter with a positive attitude and love to be the best at what i do , i dont mind furthering my studies and willing to prove myself I am a focused, self-discipline person with a confident attitude and outgoing personality. I have the ability to analyze and assimilate information quickly and make accurate decisions. I am collaborative and enjoy working with a group and function well independently. I am currently at Pepkor Group a divison of Incredible Connection and Hifi Corporation as a Debt controller

IT AN ENJOYABLE ENVIRONMEMT.
IT IS A NICE WORKING PLACE BUT SHORT WORKING HOURS THAT MEANS LESS INCOME. MANAGEMENT IS VERY MUCH FRIENDLY AND STUFF IS INCREDIBLE AWSOME. ITS AGREAT EXPOSURE TO DIFFERNT PEOPLE. THANK YOU.

I am a hardworking individual who can handle pressure to archive given tasks. I’m always willing to learn new things so I can be able to assist in every aspect of the business. The ability to provide customer service
Its all about the pace, customer service and sales.You to keep up with pressure sometimes stock that customers need we dont keep and you have few days to get the stock and there are also couries thath they their time.The key never over promise the customer.Dedication is an element of success at my work and yet allow to breath.

Steady
The typical day would be working with customers , attending to their queries and also managing the switchboard. Good environment also requires one to have people skill as there Is a high rate of dealing with different people with different personality including coworkers and managers.
